Dabei wird die Hülle entsprechend größer gewählt als die Länge der Kompresse und diese so eingelegt, daß die an ihrer Querseite vorstehenden Haltefäden b in eine leere Stelle der Hülle ragen, die durch geeignete Mittel als Abreißstück gekennzeichnet ist.
