Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abstreifvorrichtung· für beiderseitig offene rohrförmige Schutzhüllen von Zigaretten, von denen jede einzelne Zigarette umschlossen ist. Derartige Schutzhüllen bestehen gewöhnlich aus einem undurchlässigen Stoff, wie z. B. Visoosefolie, welche um die Zigarette herumgelegt ist. Die Schutzhülle schließt die Zigarette eng ein und kann von den Zigaretten nur mit Mühe entfernt werden, da die rohrartige Umhüllung die gleiche oder eine etwas geringere Länge als die Zigaretten besitzt. Das Herausschieben der Zigaretten aus der Umhüllung mittels eines Fingers läßt sich in vielen Fällen nicht einwandfrei durchführen und ist überdies unhygienisch. Durch die Erfindung wird eine einfache · Abstreifvorrichtung geschaffen, mit deren Hilfe die Schutzhülle gegenüber der eingeschlossenen Zigarette verschoben werden kann, so 'daß ein Teil der Umhüllung an dem euren Ende der Zigarette hervorragt und leicht ergriffen sowie- von der Zigarette ohne Gefahr einer Beschädigung derselben abgezogen werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß sind am oder im , Verpackungsbehälter Zahnungen vorgesehen, die als ' Gegenlager beim Abstreifen der Schutzhülle von Hand dienen. Das Abstreifen der Hülle ist deutlich aus Fig. 3 zu entnehmen, aus welcher hervorgeht, daß die zu enthülsende Zigarette gegen das Ende der Zunge 19 gedrückt und die Hülle 2 über die Zunge geschoben wird.
