Erreger für galvanische Elemente, aus Alkalien in fester oder flüssiger Form Die bei den galvanischen Elementen zur Anwendung gebrachten Elektrolyte haben zumeist die Eigenschaft, daß sie auch im Ruhestand die eine oder andere der Elektroden, insbesondere aber die Zinkelektroden, angreifen und somit die Leistungsfähigkeit der Elemente vorzeitig herabmindern, Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bil- det nun ein Erreger, durch welchen dieser übelstand fast völlig beseitigt wird. Es hat sich nämlich gezeigt, daß durch die Hinzufügung von Schwefel in irgendwelcher Form oder von Fetten, Phosphor usw. letztere in einen kolloidalen Zustand übergehen und sich dann als Schutzschicht auf die Zinkelektroden legen. Durch diese Scl-iutzschicht wird der Zersetzung der Elektroden in vollkommenster Weise vorgebeugt, außerdem zeigt sich noch, daß die Wirkung des Elementes wesentlich verbessert wird. Man kann diese Stoffe, wie Schwefel, Fette, Phosphor usw., den sich in fester oder flüssiger Form bildenden Alkalien beifügen, und die Wirkung bleibt stets die gleiche, d.h. es bildet sich eine Schutzschicht auf den Elektroden.Exciter for galvanic elements, from alkalis in solid or liquid form The electrolytes used in galvanic elements usually have the property that they attack one or the other of the electrodes, especially the zinc electrodes, and thus the efficiency of the elements subject diminish prematurely, the present invention now education det a pathogen by which this inconvenience is almost completely eliminated.
