beim Drehen des Stoffes eine Ouerverschiebung bewirkenden Schablone ist es bereits
bekannt geworden, an der Steuerkurve Nadelspitzen anzubringen, die den Stoff durchgreifen
und in seiner Stellung festhalten.. Ferner ist es bereits bekannt, daß das Stofführungsmittel
ebenfalls zur Stellung der Nadel beliebig verstellt und festgestellt werden kann.
Bei der Herstellung der Lochstickereien würde bereits auf der Stichplatte neben
dem Stichloch ein feststehender Dorn angebracht, um den das Werkstück geführt würde.
Von diesem Bekannten unterscheidet sich vorliegende Erfindung dadurch, daß eine
das Stichloch und den Dorn aufweisende Platte in der Nadelschwingrichtung verstell-und
feststellbar auf der Stichplatte angebracht ist, zu dem Zwecke, ein genaues Einstellen

Die Vorrichtung besteht, wie in Abb. i bis 3 dargestellt, aus einem
Trag- bzw. Führungskörper a, der mittels einer Stellschraube b an der Stoff drückerstange
c befestigt werden kann. In dem Führungskörper a ist ein Schlitten
d in der Nadelscliwingrichtung längsverschiebbar gelagert und steht hierbei
derart unter Einwirkung einer Feder e, daß er durch diese stets in die Führung a
zurückgezogen wird. An der der Nadel zugekehrten Vorderseite ist der Schlitten
d als horizontaler Schlittenring f ausgebildet, durch den die Nadel hindurchgreift.
Ein Führungsring g umfaßt drehbar den Schlittenring f und trägt auf der Oberseite
eine dem jeweiligen Lochmuster entsprechend an ihrem Umfange als Steuerkurve ausgebildete
Steuerscheibe h. Hierbei liegt die Steuerscheibe h gegen einen feststehenden Anschlag
i des Führungskörpers a an, so daß beim Drehen der Steuerführung g-h die
Steuerscheibe h an dem Anschlag i gleitend durch Einwirkung der Feder
e ihrer Form entsprechend den Schlitten d vor- und zurückbewegt. Um gleichzeitig
mit ein und derselben Steuerkurve Muster von verschiedener Größe herstellen zu können,
ist, wie in Abb. S bis io dargestellt, der Anschlag verstell- und einstellbar mit
dem Führungskörper a verbunden. Dies-wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Anschlag, für
den zweckmäßig eine Gleitrolle i Anwendung Endet, mit einem im Führungskörper gelagerten
Schieber u in Ver-
Bindung gebracht ist, der mittels einer den Führungskörper
a durchgreifenden Klemmschraube v in der jeweiligen Stellung festgestellt werden
kann. In vorteilhafter Weise besitzt der Führungsschieber u für den Anschlag! bnW.
t Leinen seitlichen, am Führungsschieber a hochgeführten und in einer Führungsnut
w liegenden Zeiger x, wobei eine am Führungskörper a vorgesehene Maßteilung y ein
genaues Einstellen des Führungsschlittens u und dadurch der Steuerführung ermöglicht.
Zur Verbindung des Stoffes s mit der Steuerführung dienen an der Unterseite der
Führungsscheibe g vorgesehene, nach unten führende Nadelspitzenk, die beim Senken
der Stoffdrückerstange den auf die Stichplattem gelegten Stoff durchgreifen, so
daß lediglich durch einfaches Drehen des Stickrahmens die Steuerführung betätigt
wird. Hierbei greifen die Nadelspitzen k in eine entsprechende ringförmige Aussparung
n der Stichplattem mit genügendem Spielraum ein,-ohne daß die Nadelspitzen k bzw.
die Führungsscheibe g auf bzw. in der Stichplatte liegen. Der Stoff wird somit,
ohne in irgendeiner Weise zwischen Stichplatte und Führungsvorrichtungen festgeklemmt,.
zu werden, völlig lose lediglich durch Nadelspitzen gehalten. Auch kann, wie in
Abb. 8 bis zo dargestellt ist, an Stelle einer Steuerscheibe h ein einerseits mit
der geschlossenen Steuerkurve hl, andererseits mit Nadelspitzen h versehener Führungskörper
z Anwendung finden, wobei die Steuerrolle t in die Kurvennut h' eingreifend, unmittelbar
selbst den Schlitten bzw. die Steuerführung zwangläufig führt. Während für die Herstellung
von Zierstickereien eine flache und mit einem das Schwingen der Nadel ermöglichenden
Loch o versehene Stichplattem Anwendung findet, ist für die Herstellung von Lochstickereien
die Stichplatte m der Sticknadel entsprechend mit einem das Stichloch o nach hinten
begrenzenden Dorns versehen, der für den Stoff als Anschlag dienend, diesen der
Steuerkurve entsprechend in die gewünschte Lochform bringt, dadurch, daß beim Drehen
des Stickrahmens und dadurch der Steuerführung der Stoff dem Muster entsprechend
um den Dorn bewegt und umgeschlagen wird. Hierdurch wird es ermöglicht, daß nur
noch das Einschlagen eines einfachen Schlitzes in den Stoff erforderlich wird, da
durch den Dorn der überschüssige Stoff selbsttätig umgelegt wird. Um erforderlichenfalls
auch die Stichlatte genau einstellen zu können, kann der Führungsdorn p zusammen
mit dem Stichlqch o auf einer Platte . angeordnet sein, die in der Nadelschwingrichtung

Durch vorliegende Erfindung wird es in einfacher Weise ermöglicht,
mittels einer Zickzacknähmaschine ohne weiteres sowohl Zier- als auch Lochstickereien
von beliebiger Form herstellen zu können. Hierbei ist für die Herstellung von Lochstickereien
durch das Zusammenwirken der dem Stickmuster entsprechenden Steuermittel und eines
feststehenden Dornes der Stichplatte ein Ausschneiden des Stoffes nicht mehr erforderlich,
sondern es genügt lediglich ein Schlitzen des Stoffes in derLängsrichtung desMusters.
Außerdem wird hierbei in einfachster Weise ein unbedingt genaues Einlegen des Stoffes
und dadurch zuverlässiges und genaues Anbringen , der Lochstickerei dadurch erzielt,
daß es lediglich, wie in Abb. 7 dargestellt, erforderlich ist, den Stoff so über
den Dorn der Stichplatte zu schieben, daß dieser bei geradem Verlauf des Schlitzes
gegen die Nadel zu an dessen vorderem Ende anliegt. Durch einfaches Senken der Stoffdrückerstange
wird der Stoff ohne Pressung lose, jedoch zuverlässig mit der Steuervorrichtung
verbunden und so durch einfaches Drehen des Stickrahmens das jeweils gewünschte
Muster erzielt. Durch einfaches Anheben der Stoffdrückerstange und damit derSteuervorrichtung
kann der Stoff unter der Vorrichtung fortgenommen werden bzw. verschoben werden.
Die Vorrichtung läßt sich in einfacher Weise ohne weiteres an jeder Zickzacknähmaschine
anbringen und stellt so durch die dabei erzielte Beschleunigung des Arbeitsganges
und die in weitgehendsten Grenzen mögliche Veränderung der :Muster von Loch- und
Zierstickereien bei größter Regelmäßigkeit und Gleichheit der erzielten Muster eine
