cyclopropyl steht; R Wasserstoff, Niedrigalkyl mit 1-6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Dialkylaminoalkyl oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Kation bedeutet; und R^ eine Kohlenwasserstoffkette mit 3-7 Kohlenstoffatomen darstellt, die gegebenenfalls einen endständigen Substituenten aufweist, der Trimethy!ammonium, Amidino, Guanidino, 2-Amino-2-carboxyethylthio oder Ureido ist.
2. Eine Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, worin R Dialkylaminoalkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen in jeder Alkylgruppe ist.
3- Eine Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 in der Z-Konfiguration,

worin R für 2,2-Dimethylcyclopropyl steht; R Wasserstoff, Niedrigalkyl mit 1-6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Dialkylaminoalkyl mit 1-6 Kohlenstoffatomen in jeder Alkylgruppe oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Kation darstellt; und R^ eine Alkylenkette mit 3-7 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, die einen endständigen Substituenten aufweist, der 2-Amino-2-carboxyethylthio ist.
4. Eine Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, nämlich Z-8-(L-2-Amino-2-carboxyethylthio)-2-(2,2-dimethylcyclopropancarbox- amido)-2-octensäure.
5· Eine Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, nämlich Z-7-(L-2-Amino-2-carboxyethylthio)-2-(2,2-dimethylcyclopropancarboxamido)-2-heptensäure.
6. Die Verbindung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5 in Form des Natrium-, Kalium-, Calcium- oder Magnesiumsalzes.
7· Eine antibakterielle Zusammensetzung, enthaltend eine Verbindung vom Thienamycintyp und eine Verbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
8. Die antibakterielle Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7? enthaltend Z-7-(L-2-Amino-2-carboxyethylthio)-2-(2,2-dimethylcyclopropancarboxamido)-2-heptensäure oder deren Natrium-, Kalium-, Magnesium- oder Calciumsalz und N-Formimidoylthienamycin.
