Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kupfer-, Zink- und IYtagnesiumsalzen des Tannins Die bisher bekannten Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zinktannat bestehen in der Behandlung des Zinkhydroxydes mit einer Tanninlösung. Dabei kann ein einheitliches Produkt aber nicht erhalten werden, da das unlösliche Hydroxyd zu unlöslichem Tannat umgesetzt wird und daher der Endpunkt der Reaktion nicht erkannt wird. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man Zinktannat und die Tannate des Kupfers und Magnesiums, deren Hydroxyde in Ammoniak- oder in Ammoniak- und Ammoniumsalzlösung löslich sind, bequem und von gleichmäßiger Zusammensetzung erhält, wenn man die Lösung der Hydroxyde in Ammoniak-oder in Ammoniak- und Ammoniumsalzlösung so lange allmählich unter Umrühren und Umschütteln mit einer wässerigen Tanninlösung versetzt, als die Tanninlösung noch einen Niederschlag gibt; die Tannatbildung ist beendet, wenn eine Filtratprobe mit einigen Tropfen derselben Metallhydroxydlösung einen Niederschlag gibt. Beispiel 2 Man löst io g kristallisiertes Kupfersulfat in Zoo ccm Wasser, mischt dazu ioo ccm io prozentiger Ammoniaklösung und läßt zu der dunkelblauen, klaren Flüssigkeit unter Umrühren bei o bis 30' eine Lösung von 45 g Tannin in 225 ccm Wasser zulaufen, saugt das ausfallende Kupfer-Tannat sofort ab und verfährt weiter wie bei Beispiel i; Ausbeute 45 g. Beispiel 3 Man löst io g Zinkchlorid in Zoo ccm Wasser, mischt dazu go ccm ioprozentiger Ammoniaklösung und versetzt unter Umrühren bei o bis 30' mit einer Lösung von 25 g Tannin in ioo ccm Wasser, saugt das ausfallende Zink- Tannat sofort ab und verfährt weiter wie bei Beispiel i.
