Two-part lifting gate The invention relates to a two-part lifting gate
for locks as well as for closing rivers and canals with a common lifting device
for both parts of the gate. It consists in the fact that a special one on the upper part of the gate
Lifting device for the lower. Gate part is stored. It can this way
both parts of the gate can be moved together and the lower part of the gate alone.
The invention offers the advantage that when using such a two-part
Lifting gates, e.g. B. at shipping locks, the lower part of the gate as a contactor for the water reflection
can be used.
Torteil
5 angeordnet.
laufen.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
shown. The lift gate consists of the upper gate part i and the lower one. Gate part
2. The joint lifting device engages on the upper part of the gate i. The lower part of the gate
2 is connected to the screw spindles 5 by the support arms 3 and the rods 4
sliding nut 6 coupled. The ones used for the special movement of the lower part of the gate
the two spindles 5 are mounted in a supporting frame 7 arranged on the upper gate part i
and so couple the lower with the intermediary of the rods 4 and the arms 3
upper part of the gate '. The drive unit 8 for the spindles is also on the supporting frame 7
5 arranged. When moving the upper part of the gate i, as a result of the coupling
both gate parts with each other, the lower gate part 2 is always taken along. Should -he alone
be moved to z. B. at; Shipping locks the water level of the lock chamber
to balance with the under or head water level, it is done by the engine
8 and the lifting means 3, 4, 5 and 6 moves independently. In doing so, he is on the upper part of the gate
out by means of the claws 9. There are still special guide rollers on its two support arms 3.
i o arranged in the special movement on the guideway i i of the upper part of the gate
to run. Further guide rollers i 2 run on one arranged on the foundation 13
Web 14, which can be short, since it is the lower gate part 2 only in his
Special movement is intended to serve as a guide. The rollers 12 transfer the against the lower
Gate part 2 directed water pressure on this web 14 and thus on the foundation
13. When lifting both parts of the gate together, leave the. Roll the short track
14; the lower gate part 2 is then arranged by the guide means arranged on the upper gate part i
and the guide rollers io, which can also move in a closed path,
held in position to the upper part of the gate. The engine 8 can also be at the bottom
Gate part are arranged. The design of the drive device is arbitrary. Instead of
racks or other lifting means can also be used for the lifting spindles.
The construction of the gate parts themselves is also arbitrary.
