The tubular wires previously used in electrical systems are only in dry rooms durable. When laying in damp rooms, in pits or in stables, in chemisehen or similar companies are such tubular wires after a short time because of their unsuitable structure unusable. In rooms that contain ammonia, chlorine or acid fumes and the like, this destructive influence on the line significantly increased.
B. Gummiaderdrähte, mit einem weiteren Gummimantel umspritzt sind, welcher dasThe invention relates to rubber hose tubing wires, especially for solid ones Laying in stables and acidic rooms, where in contrast to the previous one used steel armored pipe with drawn-in lines, cables or the like. A condensation is excluded and the harmful effects of moisture, Able to withstand acid vapors and the like. The invention consists in the fact that the insulated lines, z. B. rubber wires, are encapsulated with another rubber jacket, which the
Als äußerste Lage über dem Metallmantel wird erfindungsgemäß eine mit Masse getränkte Beflechtung verwendet.“5 completely fills the inside of the surrounding metal jacket, and that this metal jacket surrounded by alternating layers of impregnation compound and paper or fiber material or the like is. The insulated lead wires are in this case in the common rubber jacket completely airtight and watertight. According to the invention, a with is used as the outermost layer above the metal jacket Mass soaked braid used.
There are already known lines whose cavities are filled, but is for Filling either does not use rubber so that they are hygroscopic, or else they do the lines are embedded bare in the common rubber jacket, so that they are badly centered and with time or can come into contact with the metal jacket in the event of sharp bends. aside from that the cavities are not as completely filled as this by a Overmolding of the lines with rubber can be achieved according to the invention.
As a particularly suitable acid-resistant impregnation compound for covering the paper layers and to impregnate the outer braid Jiat is a mixture of Trinidad Epure, Petrol goudron and soft paraffin result.
One or more layers of this special mass are then placed over the metal or lead jacket and paper arranged, with the last layer

Again, a braid impregnated with this impregnation compound is advantageously used can be.
Metall- und Bleimantel in leitender Verbindung und kann aufIn systems with a neutral conductor, it is advantageous to place under the metal jacket or between Metal sheath and lead sheath to lay a neutral wire. This neutral wire stands with the metal jacket or metal and lead jacket in conductive connection and can on
Der Durchmesser des Rohres kann deshalb kleiner ge^- wählt werden, die Anlagekosten verringern sich dadurch.ίο the entire length of the pipe or on only part of the length can be laid in a straight line or in turns. In this way the advantage is achieved that one less insulated conductor in the rubber hose pipe wire needs to be included. The diameter of the pipe can therefore be smaller be chosen, the investment costs are reduced.
In Abb. Three exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the figures. In Fig. Ι α are two insulated wires and b the rubber cover, in which the conductors are embedded airtight, c is the metal jacket; d is the neutral wire, which is inserted between the rubber filling and the metal jacket and is conductively connected to the metal jacket. One or more layers of impregnation compound e and paper insulation f are alternately placed over the metal jacket, g is the outer braid impregnated with insulation compound.
In Fig. 2, α is an insulated wire, b the rubber filling, c the metal jacket. The lead jacket h is also arranged around the metal jacket. The neutral wire d is inserted between the metal jacket and the lead jacket , e are several layers of impregnation compound; / are again the paper layers; g is the outer braid soaked with insulating compound.
Fig. 3 shows the same arrangement as Fig. 2, with the difference that the rubber filling b is first surrounded by the lead jacket h and only then by the folded metal jacket c . In this example, the neutral wire is inserted between the rubber filling and the lead sheath.
