Nun wird jedes Doppeldreieck g von der Grundlinie schräg zur Faltkante f mit einer Naht h versehen, die kurz vor der Faltkante f abbricht oder in einer Knickung auf diese ausläuft, worauf seitlich dieser Naht h ein kleines Dreieck i abgeschnitten wird. Hierauf wird das Doppeldreieck g gewendet und von der Naht h aus in einer Linie k senkrecht zur Hypotenuse im Dreieck m aws jeder Stofflage abgeschnitten. Dadurch ergibt sich die Form der Brusttasche a, b mit einer tütenartigen Ausbuchtung L an den Enden der Nähte h, in welcher die Brustwarze bequem Platz findet.
