Description
Abdichtungsvorrichtung für Zahnradpumpen, insbesondere zur Förderung von Viskose. ylit vorliegender Erfindung wird bezweckt, die durch den nicht zu vermeidenden Verschleiß der Zahnräder bei Zahnradpumpen entstehenden Undichtheiten und die hierdurch hervorgerufene ungleichmäßige Förderung zu beseitigen. Gegenüber bekannten Vorrichtungen, bei denen das die Zahnräder umgebende Gehäuse nachstellbar ist, besteht das Neue darin, daß Teile dieser Gehäuse federn und von Druckschrauben bewegt werden. Diese federnden Teile befinden sich zweckmäßig gegenüber der Eingriffstelle der Zahnräder, so daß die dort entstandenen Undichtheiten schnell und leicht beseitigt werden können, indem diese federnden Gehäuseteile gegen die Zahnradkränze gedrückt werden.Sealing device for gear pumps, in particular for conveying of viscose. ylit of the present invention is intended to be avoided by the inevitable Wear of the gears in gear pumps and the resulting leaks to eliminate the uneven conveyance caused. Im Gehäuse c befinden sich Schlitze m, von denen Spalte ta nach den Rädern d bzw. e führen, während Schrauben o die so gespalteten Gehäuseteile p, u an die Zahnräder ,d und e andrücken. Sofern sich das Gehäuse c in der Umgebung der Zahnräder d, e oder die Zähne der letzteren merkbar abgenutzt haben, werden die Gehäuseteile p und u durch die Schrauben o entsprechend nach innen gedrückt. Infolge des vorhandenen Hohlraums k kann auch der Drehpunkt des Zahnrades e verändert werden. Desgleichen empfiehlt .es sich, das lose mitgenommene Antriebsradd mit einem Luftspalt zu umgeben, um dem durch seitlichen Druck der Spindel f ,entstehenden Verschleiß der Gehäuseteile d und b vorzubeugen.The plates a and b cover, in a known manner, the plate c, which serves as a housing for the gears d and e .
