Entweder hat man das Wasser in feiner Verteilung mit Luft in Berührung gebracht, sei es beim Überfließen fester Körper entgegen einem Luftstrom oder in einer Regenvorrichtung, und hat dann das so belüftete Wasser auf ein Filter gebracht. Diese Anlagen sind zwar im Betriebe wirtschaftlich günstig, haben aber den Nachteil, daß sie stark raumbeanspruchend sind, insbesondere auch große Fallhöhen für das Wasser verlangen.Process for de-ironing water by aeration.
