Description

Schaumsammler für Zapfmaschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schaumsammler für Zapfmaschinen zum Abzapfen von schäumenden Flüssigkeiten, wie Milch und Bier, unter Atmosphärendruck, der aus einem auf den Zapfrohren der Maschine verschiebbar oder fest angebrachten Behälter besteht. Der Erfindungsgegenstand unterscheidet sich von bereits bekannten Schaumsammlern dadurch, daß der Behälter in seinem während des Zapfens auf der Flaschenmündung ruhenden Boden Löcher aufweist, durch welche Luft, Schaum und Flüssigkeitstropfen vom Flascheninnern in den Behälter eintreten können und anderseits oben offen oder mit Öffnungen zum Entweichen der aus der Flasche ausgetriebenen Luft versehen ist, so daß Überdruck in der Flasche nicht entstehen kann. Nach Abschluß des Zapfens nimmt der Behälter so lange an der zum Entfernen der Flasche vom Füllrohr dienenden Abwärtsbewegung der Flasche teil, daß der im Behälter gesammelte Schaum in die Flasche zurückfließen kann, so daß Flüssigkeitsverlust und Schaumniederfießen an der Außenseite der Flasche vermieden wird. Die Flaschen werden auf diese Weise ohne Verlust von Flüssigkeit durch Überspritzen und Schäumen bis zum Rand gefüllt.Foam collector for dispensing machines.
