Die bisher bekannt gewordenen Streuclosets zerfallen in zwei Gruppen; bei der ersteren ist das das Streumittel enthaltende Magazin als eine Art Rücklehne feststehend auf dem Sitzbrett angebracht, bei der zweiten läfst sich das das Streumittel enthaltende Magazin umlegen.
