Description
Durchlässige Elektrode für elektrische Gasreinigung Bei durchlässigen Elektroden für eIektrische Gasreinigungsapparate zeigt sich bei höheren Gasgeschwindigkeiten der Übelstand, daß die an der Elektrode bereits abgeschiedenen Staubteilchen durch den. Gasstrom von den Flächen wieder losgerissen und mitgeführt werden. Letzteres ist besonders dann möglich, wenn die Schüttelvorrichtung der Abscheideelektroden in Tätigkeit gesetzt wird. Diese Gefahr wird -er$ndungsgemäß dadurch vermieden, daß an der Elektrode senkrechte oder nahezu senkrechte Prallflächen angebracht werden, die mit .Randleisten versehen sind. Die sich absetzenden Staubteilchen stoßen an diese Flächen an und werden durch die Randleisten vor dem Wegspülen durch .den Gasstrom geschützt. Die senkrecht angeordneten Prallflächen mit den Randleisten, die einen C förmigen Querschnitt haben können, bilden dann. gewissermaßen Kanäle, die bis zu dem Sammeltrichter heruntergefühxt sind. Ein waagerechter Querschnitt durch ein derartiges Filter ist als Ausführungsbeispiel in der Zeichnung dargestellt. i sind die Hochspannungselektroden, z netzförmige Abscheideelektroden und 3 die an letzteren angeordneten Pralllkörper. Durch Pfeile ist der Weg des Gasstromes angedeutet.
