Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haftmischung für die Verbindung zwischen Elastomer (Gummi oder gummiähnlichen Kunststoff), insbesondere auf Basis von CR und/oder CSM und/oder CM, und fluorhaltigen Kunststoffen, insbesondere Folien.
Anwendungsbereich ist beispielsweise der Schlauch-Sektor (DE-A 38 20 447).
Die Leitfähigkeit der gattungsgemäßen Haftmischungen liegt aber über 10⁶ Ohm. Ein Test, bei dem mittels Hochspannung die Unversehrheit der Folie geprüft wird, ist daher nicht durchführbar.
Im Rahmen einer Weiterentwicklung besteht die Aufgabe der Erfindung darin, eine elektrisch leitfähige Haftmischung bereitzustellen, mit der der oben erwähnte Test möglich ist.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Zusammensetzung gemäß Kennzeichen des einzigen Anspruchs.
Im folgenden ist ein Beispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Rezeptur angegeben.

Magnesiumoxid 7 Gew.-%
Calciumhydroxid 4 Gew.-%

Claims (1)

  1. Elektrisch leitfähige Haftmischung für die Verbindung zwischen Elastomer, insbesondere auf Basis von CR und/oder CSM und/oder CM, und fluorhaltigen Kunststoffen, insbesondere Folien, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Zusammensetzung: Elastomer 30-80 Gew.-% Ruß 10-60 Gew.-% Esterweichmacher 0-20 Gew.-% Magnesiumoxid 1-10 Gew.-% Calciumhydroxid 1-10 Gew.-% Polyethylen 0-2 Gew.-% Peroxid 0,1-5 Gew.-% Aktivator 0,1-5 Gew.-%
