Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Filtertüte aus luft- und flüssigkeitsdurchlässigem Filtermaterial, die zur Aufnahme einer Substanz zur Herstellung von Aufgußgetränken bestimmt ist, bei welchem von einem endlosen Band des Filtermaterials ein Abschnitt mit vorgegebener Länge abgetrennt wird und bei welchem der abgetrennte Abschnitt durch Zurückbiegen zu einem zweilagigen Gebilde gefaltet wird, dessen beide Längskanten miteinander verschweißt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • - daß als Ausgangsmaterial ein unbeschichtetes, offenporiges Filtermaterial (2) verwendet wird,
  • - daß im Bereich der beiden Längskanten des Filtermaterials (2) jeweils ein schmaler Streifen (5, 6) eines Haftvermittlers aufgetragen wird und
  • - daß die beiden Lagen des Abschnitts (8) an den Streifen (5, 6), an denen der Haftvermittler aufgetragen ist, durch Ultraschall miteinander verschweißt werden.

A method for producing a filter bag made of air- and liquid-permeable filter material, which is intended to contain a substance for the production of infusion beverages, in which a section of a predetermined length is cut off from an endless band of filter material and in which the cut-off section is bent back a two-layer structure is folded, the two longitudinal edges of which are welded together, characterized in that
  • - That an uncoated, open-pore filter material ( 2 ) is used as the starting material,
  • - That in the area of the two longitudinal edges of the filter material ( 2 ) a narrow strip ( 5 , 6 ) of an adhesion promoter is applied and
  • - That the two layers of section ( 8 ) on the strips ( 5 , 6 ), on which the bonding agent is applied, are welded together by ultrasound.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Filtermaterial (2) offenporiges Papier verwendet wird.2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that open-pore paper is used as the filter material ( 2 ). 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Haftvermittler ein lebensmittelechter Lack verwendet wird.3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that as an adhesion promoter a food-safe varnish is used.
