Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines die wirksamen Fermente enthaltenden, besonders bei Arteriosklerose wirksamen Droseraextraktes. Bekanntlich dient die wäßrige Auskochung des Sonnentau (Drosera rotundifolia) als Hausmittel gegen Arteriosklerose. Bei dieser Auskochung leiden aber größtenteils die wirksamen Substanzen (proteolytische Fermente), da dieselben so hohe Temperaturen nicht vertragen.Process for the production of a containing the active ferments, Drosera extract, particularly effective in arteriosclerosis. Die Autolyse ist derart vorzunehmen, daß die freie Kieselsäure in Lösung bleibt. Der Extrakt wird sodann in bekannter Weise im Vakuum eingedickt, wobei die Temperatur von 40' C nicht überschritten werden soll. Die Konzentration wird so lange fortgesetzt, als die Kieselsäure noch in Lösung bleibt, wobei eine Lösung erhalten wird, die ungefähr im Kubikzentimeter t mg Si(OH)4 enthält. In seiner therapeutischen Wirkung übertrifft das neue Präparat bei weitem die Wirkung des kieselsauren Natriums und die Wirkung des bekannten Droseraextraktes.According to the invention, the extraction takes place instead of by boiling water by an approximately 1/2 percent solution of silicic acid soda.
