Bügelvorrichtungen weisen aufgrund ihrer Endbedienung unterschiedlich erwärmte Bügelflächen auf. Vor einer Lagerung müssen die jeweiligen Bügelflächen entspre­ chend abgekühlt sein. Ein schneller Temperaturabfall der Bügel­ fläche ist auch dann wünschenswert, wenn das Bügeln ohne Unterbrechung von einer höheren Temperatur mit einer kleineren Temperatur durchgeführt werden soll, wie es beispielsweise beim Wechseln des Bügelns von Baumwolle zur Seide der Fall ist.Ironing devices have due to their end use differently heated ironing surfaces. Es ist zweckmäßig, zur Akti­ vierung des Ventilators einen Temperaturfühler anzuord­ nen. Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Zuluftöffnungen auf der Oberseite angeordnet. Die Abluftöffnungen können auf der Bügelfläche und/oder an der Vorder- und Rückseite angeordnet sein. Die angeordnete Warnleuchte 8 erlischt, wenn die gewünschte Temperatur an der Außenseite der Bügelfläche 6 vorhanden ist. Zusätzlich ist ein thermoelektrisches Element 3 angeordnet. Über einen Schalter 7 ist der Ventilator 2 einstellbar.
