in der Kammer 5 verwahrten Patrone 6 nach Durchdrücken der Endabdichtungen dieser
Patrone aus und führt es in die Harnröhre ein. Die von Kopfstück 4. leicht abschraubbare
Kolbenführungshülse i umschließt die Feder 3, welche den Kolben 2 in bekannter Weise
in die Ruhestellung zurückbringt. Der Kolbens 2 trägt den Druckknopf 8, der als
Anschlag gegen den Verschlußpfropfen 9 der Kolbenführungshülse i dient. Dieser Anschlag
8 ist so anzuordnen, daß das Kolbenende bei vollständig durchgedrücktem Kolben aus
den Kopfstück q. herausragt, wodurch das volle Einführen des Medikamentes in die
Harnröhre gewährleistet wird. Nachdem das Kopfstück abbenominen. wird die Patrone
in die Kammer einbesetzt, wobei die Finger mit dem Medikament nicht in Berührung
kommen. Darauf wird das Kopistück wieder aufgeschraubt. Die Vorrichtung ist nun
gebrauchsfertig. Beim Gebrauch wird das Ende des Kopfstückes in der bei Tripper
spritzen allgemein bekannten Weise in die Hamröhrenöffnung eingeführt und mit dem
Zeigefinger auf den Druckknopf 8 gedrückt. Damit wird mit dem Kolbenende die Patrone
durchstoßen und das Medikament mit dem dann vorstehenden Kolbenende in die Harnröhre
