Subkutan-Spritze. Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 31. Mai 1914 ab. Subcutaneous syringe. Patented in the German Empire on May 31, 1914.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Injektionsspritze und besteht darin, daß das Medikament und sein Lösungsmittel durch eine Zwischenwand im Spritzenzylinder derart getrennt1 sind, daß sieThe invention relates to an injection syringe and consists in that the medicament and its solvent are separated by a partition in the syringe cylinder 1 in such a way that they

Hat der Kolben / den Kolben K erreicht, so werden beide Kolben zusammen weiter vorgeschoben, so daß der• 5, which is placed on the nozzle E. The cap is attached by a strip of paper H or the like, which can be torn off very easily. In the rear end of the syringe cylinder a watertight piston / is inserted, into whose recess / the cap G can be inserted so that it serves as a piston rod. By pressing the thumb on the cap, the piston I is driven forward. As a result of the double use of the cap G , the space requirement '■;' ■,! 'Of the device is reduced. According to the invention, a second piston K, which is also inserted watertight, is located between the front wall C of the syringe and the piston 7. The interior of the syringe is divided into two spaces L and M by the second piston K. The rear space L is used to accommodate an antiseptic solvent, such as alcohol. The front space M is used to receive the medicament, because it is kept separate from the solvent until it gets under the skin together with the solvent. should be injected. The two rooms L and M can be connected to one another as required. A conical axial bore O, which is closed by a plug P in the manner shown in FIG. 1 when the syringe is filled, is preferably used for this purpose. This plug P can be pushed back or pierced by the pin F-. When this is done, the pin is withdrawn from the needle. The stopper is preferably made of paraffin or some other substance that can be compressed when it is pushed into the rear chamber by the pin F and the piston I is pushed forward (Fig. 3). If the two chambers are connected to one another in this way, the piston I is advanced by pressing the thumb on the cap G inserted into it. As a result, the solvent is injected through the opening O into the space M in which it dissolves the medicament. When the piston / piston has reached K , both pistons are pushed forward together so that the
