Description
Formvorrichtung für Röhren und Leitungen aus Zement o. dgl. Bei der Herstellung von Röhren und anderen Hohlkörpern aus Zement oder ähnlichem plastischen Material wird gewöhnlich ein Kern verwendet, der nachträglich, d. h. nach dem Erhärten der Formmasse, aus dem geformten Rohr wieder herausgezogen wird. Formkerne dieser Art sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen hergestellt worden. U. a. werden Kerne benutzt, welche aus -einen aus engen schraubengangartigen Windungen zusammengesetzten, einen vollständig glatten Metallzylinder bildenden, mit Papierüberzug versehenen Metallband bestehen. Solche Kerne erfordern aber offenbar sehr viel. Material, abgehen davon, daß auch ihre Herstellung viel Arbeit und Zeit erfordert, wodurch diese Kerne sehr teuer werden. Außerdem muß bei diesen bekannten Kernen der llberzug aus Papier o. dgl., damit er beim späteren Abwickeln des Metallbandes mit aus dem fertigen Rohr herausgenommen wird, an dem aufgewickelten Metallband noch besonders befestigt werden. Demgegenüber wird bei dem Formkern gemäß der Erfindung der als Überzug dienende Papierzylinder einfach lose über die auseinanderstehenden Drahtwindmgen geschoben. und dann mit einer Anzahl weit voneinander abstehendem Drahtwindungen umgeben, die sich beim längsweisen Herausziehen aus dem geformten Rohr o. dgl. verengern und dadurch den als tlberzug dienenden Papierzylinder mit herausziehen.
