Description
Elektrischer Wickelkondensator in Zylinderform Bei der Herstellung von elektrischen Kondensatoren, insbesondere von solchen für die Fernsprechtechnik, hat es sich als notwendig erwiesen, die räumliche Ausdehnung dieser Kondensatoren so gering wie möglich zu halten. Um diese Bedingungen zu erfüllen, werden sogenannte Wickelkondensatoren in Ellipsenform hergestellt. Diese Wickel haben den Nachteil, daß die Papierlagen an den Scheitelpunkten der Ellipse überbeansprucht werden, wodurch die Durchschlagsfestigkeit des Kondensators herabgesetzt wird. Dieser Nachteil sollte durch Zylinderwickel beseitigt werden. Um diesem Wickel aber die notwendige Festigkeit zu geben, insbesondere auch, um das Zusammenfallen der inneren Lagen zu vermeiden, muß der Wickel auf ein zentrales Rohr aufgewickelt werden, was wieder, z. B. mit Bezug auf die Befestigung der Metallbelegung und der Papierbänder auf dem Rohr, fabrikatorische Schwierigkeiten bereitet.
