Oil firing system with exchangeable burner tube. It is known,
that oil atomizer burners with pressurized oil atomization only work economically with atomization
large and medium-sized quantities of oil, and that for lower power and when heating up
and keeping the kettles warm, the atomization of the oil by steam or compressed air is more convenient
is. Oil atomizers have therefore been built for large and small loads, i. H.
for pressurized oil and steam atomization in one atomizer. But this has the disadvantage
that the atomizer can only be used for one of the two modes of operation
leaves and the economy, care for. the other mode of operation suffers.
Such known arrangements is opposite in the present
oil firing system
for each of the different load fluctuations
a special "burner is used, the atomization of the oil for large and
Medium loads' due to the oil pressure itself and for small amounts of oil through,
Steam or compressed air or some other atomizing medium takes place. To a quick one
and easy replacement of the different burners is achieved after the
Invention in the known oil firing systems, in which in an air jacket pipe
one supported by a holding piece in a bracket and held in place by means of a T-screw
Burner tube is housed, the atomizing agent introduced through the toggle screw.
For this purpose, the tommy screw is hollow and has a connecting piece
for the supply of the atomizing medium and with a sealing surface for sealing
provided against the burner tube.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown,
namely Fig. i shows a burner with steam atomization for small boiler loads
and Fig. 2 shows a burner with pressurized oil atomization for large boiler loads.
In the version according to Fig. I, i sits in the oil firing cabinet
the jacket tube 2, on which the bracket 3 with the quick-action valve 4 and
the clamping screw 5 is screwed on. In the bracket 3, the atomizer 6 is with the
Retaining piece 13 inserted, which for small loads with steam atomization
is working. The oil is supplied from line 14 via quick-acting valve 4.
Bore 15, the holding piece 13 being sealed against the holding bracket 3 by the surface 7
is. The steam is supplied through the hollow toggle screw 5 into which
the pipe section i i is inserted with a connecting piece 12 for the supply line
of the atomizing agent and with sealing surfaces 8 for sealing against the holding piece
13 is provided. Holding and pressing the holding piece - 13 against the sealing surfaces
7 and 8 is done by toggle, screw 5. The amount of oil is io through the spindle
regulated inside the atomizer 6.
If the boiler load is to be increased, a burner for
Pressurized oil atomization used. The torch replacement is quick and safe as follows
carried out. The oil supply from line 14 is made by turning the lever of the Schnellschlussverxtils
4 and at the same time the steam or compressed air supply in guide trough 12 through a not
shown valve turned off. Then the tommy screw 5 is loosened. The atomizer
6 with the holding piece 13 and the spindle i o can now be easily removed
will. Then the burner 17 with the holding piece 16 is pushed in (Fig.2)
and pressed firmly against the sealing surface 7 by means of the clamping screw 5, the quick-acting valve
4 opened again and the oil supply from line 14 released.
