Der Drehpunkt ist also jeweils entfernt vom Rückenteil im vorderen Kantenbereich verschiebbar angeordnet, so daß beim Verdrehen um den Schwenkpunkt die nominelle Liegetiefe durch die Bodenplatte selbst und durch die Tiefe des Bettkastens bestimmt ist. Die Bodenplatte muß dabei so mit dem anderen Ende gelagert sein, daß sie die Belastungen durch eine aufliegende Person aushält. Weiterhin sind Verriegelungsvorrichtungen vorzusehen, um die freie Ecke nicht durch weitere Drehung über den Randschieben zu können, insbesondere um zu vermeiden, daß dieses unbeabsichtigt geschieht. Diese Rolle ist ebenfalls über einen Halter an dem Unterzug 24 befestigt, so daß der Träger 23 in sich stabil und verdrehsicher an dem Unterteil 5 verschiebbar befestigt ist. Dabei können zwei solche Träger vorgesehen sein, um ein Rückenteil 24 zu halten. Es ist aber auch möglich, den Träger 23 als einarmigen Träger auszubilden, wie dies aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich ist, um daran ein gesondert geformtes Rückenteil bzw. ein Armlehnenteil 13b zu befestigen.
