Abstract

The oven has a front-loading muffle with guides (8) at the side for a sliding door assembly (4). The guides on the muffle and horizontal door assembly rails have rollers (12). Der in Fig. 1 im Seitenriß dargestellte Back- und Bratofen 1 hat eine beheizte Muffel 2, deren frontseitige Beschickungsöffnung 3 durch eine im Ofengehäuse 1′ schubladenartig geführte Tür 4 verschließbar ist. An der Muffeltür 4 ist im unteren Bereich links und rechts je eine im Querschnitt L-förmige Laufschiene 5 winkelsteif befestigt, die an ihrem hinteren Ende eine Laufrolle 6 trägt. Unterhalb der Muffel 2 ist im Back- und Bratofengehäuse ein horizontal angeordnetes Abdeckblech 7 vorgesehen, unter dem sich links und rechts daran befestigte Führungsschienen 8 befinden. An dem der Muffel-Tür 4 zugewandten Ende dieser ortsfesten Führungsschienen ist eine Ablaufrolle 9 gelagert. Die Führungsschienen 8 haben zweckmäßig ein U-Profil, wobei die offene Seite dieser U-Profil-Führungsschienen in horizontaler Ebene ins Gehäuseinnere gerichtet ist (Fig. 5). In den Führungsschienen 8 sind die beiden an der Tür 4 winkelsteif befestigten Laufschienen 5 gleitend gelagert. Der Verschiebeschiene 10 ist eine deren Schwenkung steuernde bzw. lenkende Einrichtung zugeordnet, die beim beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel ein der Verschiebeschiene 10 zugehöriger Ansatz 13 oder dgl. ist, der in einer bogenförmig verlaufenden Vertiefung 14 bzw. Einprägung im unterhalb der Muffel 2 befindlichen Abdeckblech 7 gleitend geführt ist. Der Ansatz 13 kann auch durch eine Rolle ersetzt werden. Der Schwenkvorgang der Verschiebeschiene 10 kann auch dadurch bewirkt werden, daß die Verschiebeschiene 10 mit einer Vertiefung versehen ist, in welche eine bogenförmig verlaufende Erhebung bzw. Ausformung an der Unterseite des Abdeckbleches 7 eintauchend geführt ist. Dadurch wird mit Herausziehen oder Einschieben der schubladenartig geführten Muffel-Tür 4 die an der Tür-Laufschiene 5 angelenkte Verschiebeschiene 10 entsprechend geschwenkt.
