Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a new method for cleaning of dishes in the well-known multi-stage continuous dishwashing systems. These dishwashers contain at least one Pre-rinse stage ("pre-cleaning zone"), a main rinse stage and one final rinse aid zone in which rinse aid is added Fresh water is used. The rinse water is pumped circulated in the individual rinsing stages and sieved. That around Loss of fresh water caused by towing losses flows through the Flushing system via cascades in counterflow to the direction of transport and is discarded as waste water at the inlet after it is in the prescribed mechanically (light liquid separator with sludge trap) or physico-chemical (emulsion splitting system) freed from contaminants influencing the discharge conditions has been. The wastewater treatment plant is usually installed locally far away from the flushing system and is accordingly also neglected. At the cleaning intervals of the Separators often become the time intervals specified in the standard not adhered to. The then disposed of separator content is only still to be disposed of as special waste because it is acidic Fermentation has broken down into non-recyclable materials.
The task of treating the wastewater in the dishwasher improve while keeping the ingredients in recyclable Gaining form is now solved by the fact that in the Pre-rinse waste water in an integrated Treatment stage is cleaned mechanically and if necessary chemically. The arrangement of the wastewater treatment stage (s) in the flushing system opens up the possibility of the separated Wastewater ingredients in short intervals in fresh and thus dispose of recyclable condition. this happens preferably in a separator that works without air. If the ingredients separated there according to the invention in be transferred to a container that also has no air volume contains, then the ingredients can be collected without decomposition and be given for recycling.
What is the water that results from the separation of the ingredients , this is quite suitable, in the pre-rinse stage as Rinsing water to be reused: This has compared to the previous practice of using wastewater from the Main rinse stage the advantage that the contaminants from the The main rinse stage has already been eliminated and the pre-rinse stage has not burden more. If, according to the invention, the wastewater is also chemical cleaned, e.g. B. those in emulsified form Ingredients are separated, then this can be cleaned Water is reused in the rinse aid zone and therefore in the Cycle. The fresh water consumption is thereby drastically reduced. The wastewater cleaned in this way fulfills the further the discharge conditions and can be drained be directed.
It is also conceivable and very advantageous to have two Set up wastewater cycles: the wastewater of the pre-rinse stage are collected separately and after cleaning in this stage recycled; the wastewater from the main and rinse stage also collected separately, but because they are only minor are contaminated, discharged in excess into the sewage system will.
In the pre-rinse stage, the solid contaminants are usually held back by a coarse sieve. This sieve must be in be cleaned at regular intervals. To do this mechanize, it is proposed according to the invention sieved contaminants in a so-called wet shredder crush and remove uncleaned with the pre-rinse stage Transporting waste water to press drainage. That at the press drainage is obtained in the plant's own cleaning system and then into the Pre-rinse stage recycled. The wet grinder can even be used for other areas of the kitchen or canteen business solid contaminants are used, which is also one regulated recycling. The Press-dewatered contaminants are stored in the collection container stacked for disposal. Waste water occurring in other places with separable ingredients can in the separator of the automatic washer and the cleaned waste water in be used in the flushing system. This results in a Second use of these waters.
Finally, used cooking oils and -fats such as B. fryer fat, so that too their disposal and return for recycling are ensured is.
