Diese Ausführungsform ist in allen Fällen brauchbar, in denen die Kassette mit breiter Fläche unmittelbar an den Körper oder einen Körperteil, wie z. B. dargestellt an einen Arm, des Patienten angelegt werden kann. Der Fortfall des Deckels kann auch erwünscht sein, um das, wenn auch geringe Maß von Filterwirkung, das er bietet, noch zu vermeiden. Zweckmäßig ist es, auch aus dem Grunde den Deckel fortzulassen und die Kassette zugleich mit dem pneumatischen Kissen an den Körper des Patienten zu legen, weil hierdurch infolge der guten Anschmiegung des Kissens und der starken Reibung zwischen Kissen und Patienten einerseits und Kissen und Aufnahmeplatte anderseits eine ruhige Lage des Patienten gegen die aufnehmende Schicht gewährleistet ist.In order to press the reinforcing foils firmly against the emulsion carrier, a z.
