Description
Verfahren zur Erzielung einer niederen Dampftemperatur in Dampfheizungen. Die Reglung der Wärmeabgabe von Heizkörpern bei Unterdruckheizungen wurde bisher durch Druckänderung des Dampfes bewirkt, und es mußte der Dampfdruck möglichst niedrig gehalten werden, wenn die Wärmeabgabe in niedrigen Grenzen gehalten werden sollte. Unter Umständen, z. B. bei Heizungen mit eigenen Heizkesselanlagen, ist es aber geboten, auch ohne weitgehende Druckminderung die Wärmeabgabe der Heizkörper beträchtlich herabzusetzen.Process for achieving a low steam temperature in steam heating systems. Nach der Erfindung geschieht eine solche Reglung der Wärmeabgabe bei Unterdruckheizungen durch Luftumwälzung. An sich ist ja das Verfahren der Luftumwälzung bei Dampfheizungen bekannt. Bei diesen bekannten Einrichtungen bezweckt aber die Luftumwälzung nur die Verdrängung der Luft und deren Mischung mit dem Dampf in den Heizkörpern oder die Gleichmäßigkeit der Wärmeabgabe auf dem ganzen Wege des Dampfluftgemisches durch dessen schnelle Bewegung. Die Kombination der beiden an sich bekannten Elemente, Luftumwälzung und Unterdruckheizung, ist aber neu, wenigstens bei solchen Heizungen, bei denen der Unterdruck durch eine besondere, unabhängig von der Heizdampfzufuhr wirkende Luftpumpe aufrechterhalten und geregelt wird. Durch diese Kombination wird einerseits gegenüber der Luftumwälzung allein eine generelle Reglung der Temperatur durch Änderung des Druckes erreicht, während gegenüber der Unterdruckheizung der Fortschritt erzielt wird, daß durch die Luftbeimischung der für eine bestimmte Temperatur erforderliche Unterdruck vermindert wird, und zwar um den Betrag des Teildruckes der Luft in dem Dämpfluftgemisch. Durch die Ausnutzung der Luftumwälzung zur Erniedrigung der Wärmeabgabe der Heizkörper bei rlen Unterdruckheizungen kommt man mit einer kleineren Vakuumpumpe aus und verringert den durch Pumparbeit bedingten Energieaufwand. Der durch die Wirksamkeit der Vakuumpumpe herbeigeführte Luftverlust in den Heizkörpern, der die Wirkung der Luftumwälzung vermindern könnte, kann in geeigneter Weise durch Lufteinlaßhähne vermieden werden.According to the invention, such a regulation of the heat emission occurs Vacuum heating through air circulation.
