Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for repairing and covering email sockets on email containers.
Enamel containers have to fill, empty and over guard different sockets in the bottom, lid and Coat. It is known that steel-enamelled containers offer good corrosion protection and smooth surfaces, however, due to the material pairing, damage quickly suffer from the enamel coating. Damage occurs due to impact, shock, abrasion or heat and cold shock, sometimes through pores in the enamel that open up further. In particular, convex areas tend to flake off enamel, because in such places the email loses due to the geometric shape of the container most likely its compressive preload. And voltage resolution means damage. Such endangered areas are the necklines for Be container sockets, and the transitions of the sockets to the Nozzle flanges. These curves are also mechanical most stressed, since there the material flows are directed and redirected, currents also arise here vortices that attack the surface. Sockets are ge endangered container parts also in that Rohrleit to them connections, operating devices and measuring devices be sen; furthermore they serve to screw down Internals such as d.s. Immersion tubes, baffles, probes, stirrers Etc.
Man deckt z. In the event of damage to the enamel of a nozzle, the container must be repaired be so that the corrosion protection is restored. One covers z. B. the damage with a tantalum or PTFE apron from. In the case of external aprons, which are inserted into the socket from the flange pushed, it is sealed with acid-resistant putty and held by means of the parts flanged to the nozzle. At The inside of the apron has to be screwed with a circle formally attached to the apron circumference, so that it is firmly seated in the container. There are tapped holes in the Bring in the container wall. With both repairs is both fastening and sealing the cover aprons Problem and weak point. The aprons loosen quickly and are then infiltrated by acid. A new repair is in progress necessary. These repairs are published in the U.S. patents 27 14 470 and 27 25 159.
Another method of repair is to close the nozzle thanks to a form-fitting steel / enamel plate from the interior of the container forth using a gasket. This repair is permanent sticky and stable, but this makes the nozzle unusable.
Other repairs, such as d.s. Tantalum sheets that are patched over the damage site to be set does not constitute permanent Repairs. The sheets are thin, work like in themselves Membranes and are therefore not against this in the long term To seal the email, here soon the failure of the Repair. The damage is thereupon in its dimensions even bigger than before, and even worse to fix.
It is therefore necessary to find a repair method that is defective Restores neck. Here are primarily the dangerous cover the convex areas. The method is supposed to if can be used preventively, i.e. without injury an intact enamelling. It is the job of the front lying invention to provide a device with which it is possible, the neck in the enamelled area, with neck cover and flange, tight and acid-proof, the Ver device over the area to be protected on the container is taut and there is no damage to the container itself, as they e.g. B. represent tapped holes can be made have to.
A device with which the object is surprisingly achieved to repair or cover an enamel nozzle 5 in the case of enamel damage is shown in FIG. 1 and consists of a corrosion-resistant plug-in apron 1 with the metal support part 2 and the lining material 4 and the push-through thread 3 and the sealing surface 11 , which is inserted from the container interior into the enamel socket 5 , abuts on the enamel 14 and protrudes outwards beyond the flange 7 and is externally tightened with a nut 8 with the lining material 16 and with the inner reinforcement 9 by means of the thread 10 , whereby the sealing ring 12 on the sealing surface 11 seals the plug-in apron 1 towards the nut 8 and the surface 17 now forms a new connecting surface instead of the flange 7 . The further production line is screwed onto the loose flange 18 with the screw 19 and the nut 20 .
Es folgt die Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispieles der Erfindung anhand der Fig. 1.The following is a description of an embodiment of the invention with reference to FIG. 1.
Before the damage occurs, various repair kits are prepared for the different socket diameters of the enamel socket 5 , the respective plug-in apron 1 , consisting of the metal support part 2 and the lining material 4 , is designed so that the convex area of the socket necking of the socket is made with the seal 6 Enamel nozzle 5 is flat over covers. After an enamel damage occurs in the area of the enamel nozzle 5 on the enamel 14 , the damaged area is cleaned and ground and cemented in the steel in the event of greater seizure. Now the appropriate repair set can be installed to cover the enamel damage. First, the seal 6 is placed, it is so large that it rests on the undamaged enamel 14 of the container. Then the plug-in apron 1 is pushed into the enamel socket 5 from the container interior, so that it rests on the seal 6 . Part of the plug-in apron 1 protrudes out of the enamel nozzle 5 with the exposed push-through thread 3 . Now the sealing ring 12 is inserted into the nut 8 and the nut 8 with inner reinforcement 9 and lining material 16 with its thread 10 screwed onto the apron 1 , the two threads 3 and 10 interlocking. The nut 8 is tightened against the flange 7 and stretches the plug-in apron 1 and the seal 6 against the enamel 14 of the container. The sealing ring 12 lies against the sealing surface 11 of the apron 1 . Seal 6 and seal ring 12 seal the repair set against the enamel damage. The enamel nozzle 5 is then covered in total and sealed acid-proof. The tightness can be checked at any time via the control hole 13 , which monitors the annular space 15 . Subsequently, the container is again connected to the production process by making the further connection to the newly created flange sealing surface 17 , which is formed by the nut 8 . For further connection Los flange 18 with screw 19 and nut 20 are used.
Another device, with which the object is surprisingly achieved to repair or cover an enamel nozzle 5 in the event of enamel damage, is shown in FIG. 2 and in turn consists of a corrosion-resistant plug-in apron 101 , consisting of a metal carrier part 102 and a lining material 104 , the Metal carrier part 102 , has a through thread 103 and the lining material 104 also protrudes. By covering completely, an enamel damage to the enamel 114 in the enamel nozzle 105 can be repaired. For this purpose, the plug-in apron 101 is equipped with a sealing edge ring 120 which bears against the inside of the container and is clamped and held in place by nut 108 using a shim 122 from the flange 107 . The enamel nozzle 105 is covered with this, leaks can be noticed at any time by means of the control hole 113 , the annular space 115 is monitored. For bracing, the thread 110 of the nut 108 engages in the thread 103 of the metal carrier part 102 . To restore the corrosion protection, the clothing material 104 is expanded at the free-standing end so that it bears against the conical recess 121 of the nut 108 . The pre-screw flange 123 with its lining material 124 is made to match the push-in apron 101 and seals over the sealing surface 111 that is now present, by tightening it with the stud bolt 125 and nut 126 against the loose flange 127 . The pre-screw flange 123 with the flange sealing surface 128 forms a new sealing surface to which the stud bolts 129 can be adapted again.
Es folgt die Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispieles der Erfindung anhand Fig. 2.The following is a description of an exemplary embodiment of the invention with reference to FIG. 2.
Before the damage occurs, various repair sets are prepared for the different socket diameters of the enamel socket 105 , the respective plug-in apron 101 is designed so that the convex area of the socket neck of the enamel socket 105 is gripped and sealed with the sealing edge ring 120 , and thus sealed Insert apron 101 covers the enamel nozzle 105 with the enamel 114 . After an enamel damage occurs in the area of the enamel nozzle 105 on the enamel 114 , the damaged area is cleaned and ground out and, in the event of greater seizure, cemented in the steel. Now the appropriate repair set can be installed to cover the enamel damage. First, the insert apron 101 is pushed into the enamel socket 105 from the interior of the container, the sealing edge ring 120 with the lining material 104 surrounding it lies against the intact enamel 114 . A part of the plug-in apron 101 protrudes from the enamel connector 105 with the exposed through thread 103 and the lining material 104 which still protrudes further. Now the shim 122 is pushed over and the nut 108 with its thread 110 and the conical recess 121 is screwed onto the plug-in apron 101 , the two threads 103 and 110 interlocking. The nut 108 is tightened onto the flange 107 and clamps the plug-in apron 101 with the sealing edge ring 120 together with its lining 104 against the enamel 114 of the container. Now the lining material 104 is applied in its protruding part to the conical recess 121 by widening. Furthermore, the Vorraubflansch 123 , the material with a lining material 124 z. B. PTFE lined, with the help of the stud bolts 125 , the loose flange 127 and the nuts 126 on the cone bore 121 . The lining material 104 and the lining material 124 are sealed to one another and form the sealing surface 111 . The enamel nozzle 105 is then covered and sealed acid-proof. The tightness can be checked at any time via the control bore 113 with which the annular space 115 is monitored. The container is then reconnected to the production process by making the further connection to the newly created flange sealing surface 128 , in that the screw-on flange 123 provides the stud bolts 129 for it.
