Während des normalen Fahrbetriebs wird die zweite Prallplatte 10 über die Feder 15, des Gestänge 13 sowie die schräge Ebene, gebildet aus Oberkante der Prallplatte 12 und dem Keil 11, in ihre Ruhestellung gegen den An schlag 16 gedrückt.
