Ein derartiger Personenkraftwagen ist aus der DE 36 37 773 A1 bekannt. In der Erkenntnis, daß aufgrund oftmals beengter Einbauverhältnisse die dort gezeigte Lösung, bei der das Heiz- oder Klimagerät in der A-Säule des Fahrzeu ges untergebracht ist, nicht immer umsetzbar ist, hat sich die Erfindung die Aufgabe gestellt, einen weiteren vorteilhaften Einbauort aufzuzeigen, der bei bislang üb lichen Personenkraftwagen ungenützten Totraum darstellt. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist vorgesehen, daß das Reiz- oder Klimagerät in einem Fahrzeug-Längsholm untergebracht ist. Längsholm sowie durch die sich an diesen anschließenden Karosserie-Tragsäulen (A-, B- oder C-Säule) geführt werden. Besonders elegant läßt sich auf diese Weise der Fondraum des PKWs klimatisieren. Ferner bieten sich die Säulen auch für die geschützte Aufnahme der Versorgungsleitungen des Reiz- oder Klimagerätes an. Der Einbau des Reizgerätes kann über eine Öffnung in der Längsholm-Seitenwand erfolgen. Da dies jedoch eine Schwächung des Längsholmes bedeutet, empfiehlt es sich insbesondere, am Ende des Längsholms eine durch einen Deckel verschließbare Montageöffnung für das Reiz- oder Klimagerät vorzusehen.A longitudinal vehicle beam represents a hollow profile that Stability reasons be a certain minimum cross section must sit. Ferner verlaufen in der A-Säule 2 Versorgungsleitungen 8 des Klimagerätes, d. h.
