Description

The invention relates to a dust extraction device for the Stone processing with a power chisel hammer.

There are already vacuum cleaners that can be used for stone processing Devices known, in principle, a conventional vacuum cleaner ger modeled and their suction nozzles on a freely moving Tripod and close to the stonemason's job be classified. However, careful dust extraction is only possible if the mouthpiece of the suction nozzle is sufficiently close comes to rest at the working place of the chisel. But there with the stonemason's work is a constant change of work location on the workpiece is also subject to technical requirements, the suction nozzle must also are constantly realigned.

The invention has for its object the work of the stone to make it more rational and for the current night straightening the suction nozzle required tedious work to avoid refraction.

This task is characterized by the features in the nenden part of claim 1 solved. Advantageous others Features of the invention are listed in the subclaims.

A major advantage of the new device is there too see that after a once aligned position of the suction at the chisel hammer at a convenient distance to the suction nozzle tip from the chisel edge always an optimal one Extraction of the stone dust even when the Machining location on the workpiece.

Es zeigtThe device according to the invention is now based on the drawing in connection with a pneumatic chisel hammer in detail explained. It shows

Fig. 3 ein Schnittbild gemäß Linie III-III in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a sectional view according to line III-III in FIG. 1.

A commercially available pneumatic chisel hammer 1 ( FIG. 1) is adjustably connected to a suction nozzle 3 and to a suction hose 5 by means of two holders fastened to the chisel hammer. One holder is a clamp 7 ( FIG. 3) fixed to the housing of the compressed air chisel hammer 1 , on which a pivotally mounted nozzle holder 9 is arranged, on which a pliers-shaped suction nozzle bracket 11 is rotatably fastened by means of a first screw bolt 13 . A pivoting of the suction nozzle 3 in the direction of the double arrow 15 enables the support of the nozzle holder 9 by means of a second screw bolt 17th The suction nozzle bracket 11 with the nozzle holder 9 is dimensioned such that the free space between the device 19 Spannvorrich the chisel hammer and the suction nozzle 3 is so large that the handling of the clamping device 19 when changing the chisel 21 is not hindered. The free arms 11 a and 11 b of the suction nozzle bracket 11 are sufficiently elastic that a longitudinal displacement of the suction nozzle 3 is possible in order to bring the mouthpiece 23 of the suction nozzle 3 into the optimal vicinity of the chisel edge 24 .

The suction hose 5 is guided by means of the second holder ( FIG. 2) in a defined position around the rear area of the pneumatic chisel hammer 1 . For this purpose, an angularly bent hose spacer 26 is fastened at one end by means of a fastening screw 27 for the compressed air hose 29 to the handle 30 of the chisel hammer. A hose clamp 32 with a screw 33 is arranged at its other end. The elasticity of the hose clamp 32 allows a displacement of the suction hose 5 in the longitudinal direction to guide the hose in a sufficiently wide arc around the handle 30 of the chisel hammer, thereby allowing unhindered handling of the chisel hammer by the stonemason.

It goes without saying that the suction nozzle and the suction hose can also be held by other equivalent brackets in the arrangement shown in FIG. 1 for the chisel hammer. It is essential in the selection of the brackets, the suction nozzle and the suction hose that the weights of the individual parts are chosen as low as possible so that the work with the chisel hammer is not made difficult.
