Hierbei stellt a den Kreiselpumpenkörper
dar.
Centrifugal pump, especially for impure liquids. The invention relates to centrifugal pumps for impure liquids and consists in combining an agitator with a suction device, which has the advantage over known devices that liquid no longer has to be filled into the actual pump for suction purposes by hand, but that this work is the same happens by means of the so-called closing piston of the agitator, which in this case acts like the piston of the known piston pump and, through the arrangement of corresponding valves, sucks in the liquid in a double-acting manner. The drawing shows this device in two sections. Here a represents the centrifugal pump body. The actual agitator and suction device consists of the agitator housing b with the cover plates c and d, the four valve flaps g, 1a, i and k, the piston e and the lever device f. The procedure for starting up the centrifugal pump is as follows: As already mentioned, the lever f moves the piston e back and forth, ie in position 2 the piston assumes its central position. If it is now moved to position i, so that it is flush with cover d, the resulting displacement or pressure causes valve k in pressure pipe or riser pipe m to open and the air initially present is pressed out of the body. When the piston moves through position 2 to position 3, a suction effect is caused on the riser side, so that valve i opens for inflow; on the other hand, it will at the same time produce a pressure effect on the side of the filling opening or stirring flow line 1 and open the valve h there for outflow. When the piston goes backwards again to position 2 and i, it will now have a sucking effect on the side of the agitator flow line, so that valve g also opens for inflow, ie the whole process is that of the known double-acting piston pump.
Through this pumping movement, the in the suction pipe as well as in the
Centrifugal pump body sucked in existing air, which the liquid follows.
If the centrifugal pump is now filled with liquid, its centrifugal pump can
be set in rotation for further suction, so that the sucked-in by the pressure
Liquid the valves open and the liquid either exits
- takes place through the riser pipe or agitator flow line or divided by both
depending on the position of the closing piston, which is now used as a closing means
can.
