In diesen Hohlraum kann durch eine verschließbare Einfüllöffnung 38 warmes Wasser eingefüllt werden, so daß der in der Telleraufnahme 37 abgestellte Teller warmgehalten wird. Beiderseits der zentralen Telleraufnahme 37 sind Schalenaufnahmen 39 bzw. 39a für kleinere Dessert- oder Beilagenschalen vorgesehen. Neben den Schalenaufnahmen 39 bzw. 39a sind Becheraufnahmen 40 und 40a vorgesehen, in die Trinkgefäße, beispielsweise genormte Becher abgestellt werden können.
