Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for spinning a thread, in particular a ring spinning machine, flyer or the like, with openings assigned to head sleeves, suction channels or the like. For sucking in with impurities (Flight) occupied air by means of a blower into the Interior of a housing, this blower in the housing inside a filter to trap the contaminants assigned.
During the spinning of threads, for example in a Ring spinning machine, impurities arise from normal dust, fibers, thread residues, contaminants of the spinning material or the like. These contaminants need to be removed in order for that the spinning of a clean thread remains guaranteed. Thread and flight suction systems have been developed for this as for example in CH-PS 3 75 644 is shown. Extractor fan arranged in sections suck up impurities from the ring spinning machine a filter or up to the filter. To dispose of the Dirt on the filter becomes another fan or fan turned on, which in turn the air through a second filter. However, it must the other blower be turned off so that off whose area filter deposits are lifted off the filter and can be transported to the second filter.
This requires complex control and further a variety of fans, the cleaning effect remains questionable during disposal.
The inventor's goal is to create a front to develop the direction of the type mentioned above in which the filter continuously in a very effective way can be cleaned without the actual Extractor must be switched off.
To solve this problem, the filter leads to a Intake opening of the fan spanned and in Extends longitudinal direction of the device, this Filter the surface of the filter cyclically or alternating cleaning device running over assigned.
This makes it possible that, for example, as Cross-flow fan trained actual suction blower, which for the negative pressure inside for example a ring spinning machine are to run continuously, though ongoing the surface of the filter is also cleaned. This is particularly improved in that there is a suction flow in the cleaning direction, which Suction flow of the cross flow blower predominates. This is it is possible that impurities, which are in a Place the area on the filter that is not currently from is swept over the cleaning device, then however, when the cleaning device passes over it be lifted off the filter.
The cleaning device itself preferably has one Housing, a longitudinal channel or the like. On which / he Has openings to the filter through which the suction current leads. These openings are in the The activity of the cleaning device is always low easy distance above the filter.
The housing, the longitudinal channel or the like should preferably also connected to another filter and also a corresponding connection to a blower Generation of the suction flow in the housing or the Have longitudinal channel. This filter serves the sucked up contaminants and will preferably cleaned in the usual way.
It is essential to the present invention that a Suction opening, similar to a vacuum cleaner, cyclically or alternately the surface of the to be cleaned Filters sweeps. For the question of how this happens, a variety of solutions are known below two preferred embodiments to be discribed. In one case there is Cleaning device from a carriage, sled, Drawer or the like, the suction towards the filter has openings. This device can then alternate forward and backward from one end to the other end of the filter are driven or pushed. For example, a car can do this Have wheels and have a drive device, so that it automatically goes from one end to the other end can drive. Such a car can then be sent to a corresponding flexible hose line as suction line connected.
In a particularly preferred embodiment however, the cleaning device consists of a Longitudinal channel with openings facing the filter or a continuous longitudinal slot that a band covered, which has at least one band opening. If this belt is designed as an endless belt, then about the belt opening moves the filter cyclically, whereby have proven here two belt openings in particular, one of which is in the lower position in Functional position and the second in the upper position is inoperative. The latter option ensures that once the tape has an appropriate drive roller and opposite pulley is guided, a band opening always passes over the filter. Yourself the arrangement of several is understandable here Belt openings conceivable.
The belt openings should preferably be in the running direction of the band limited by corresponding steering flaps be. This improves the suction flow.
Suction pipes should then be attached to the longitudinal which are preferably designed as downpipes, connect to the filter described above to lead. This filter can be used, for example, as a Be drum or flat filter.
With this cleaning device according to the invention the surface is continuously cleaned the filter without causing a standstill Cross flow fan comes. In addition, the entire one direction set up easily and therefore runs trouble-free.
Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Er findung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele sowie anhand der Zeichnung; diese zeigt inOther advantages, features and details of the Er Find out from the following description preferred embodiments and based on the Drawing; this shows in

In Fig. 1, parts of a ring spinning machine are shown schematically. Head sleeves 2 are arranged on both sides of a housing 1 on spindle banks, not shown. The left-hand head sleeve 2 is only partially covered with a thread 4 shown in broken lines, while a perfect head 5 is already formed on the right-hand head sleeve 2 . The thread runs from a drafting system 6 , which is only indicated by drafting cylinder 7 , through a thread guide 8 (“Sauschwänzli”) and through a spinning ring 9 to the head sleeve 2 . The spinning ring 9 is connected to a ring frame 10 , which in turn can be moved in the direction x along an axis A of the cop sleeve 2 .
This ring frame is on the left side in its lower position of use, while it is arranged on the right side in its upper end position. While the head sleeve 2 is being coated with the thread 4 , the ring frame 10 moves in the direction x, as a result of which the thread 4 is wound onto the head sleeve 2 before a specific, desired winding.
The thread guide 8 , which is fixed to a thread guide baffle 11 , moves in the direction x during the winding of the thread 4 , but its movement does not take place to the same extent as the movement of the ring frame 10 . This can also be clearly seen in a comparison of the left-hand and right-hand position of use in FIG. 1.
In the position of use shown there, the thread guide baffle 11 closes a central opening 12 , while it is released in the position of use shown on the right. The central opening 12 is formed between a lower guide plate 13 and a front guide plate 14 .
The front guide plate 14 engages under a leg 15 of the draft device 6, wherein it forms together with a provided under a cleaning device 16, guide plate 17 has a suction passage eighteenth Another passage in the intake duct 18 between the baffle 17 and a baffle hood 19 is identified by 20 .
Finally, a lower intake duct 22 is formed between the lower guide plate 13 and a guide plate bench 21 , which is assigned to the lower part of the head sleeve 2 .
Corresponding arrows, not identified in any more detail, indicate the respective air flows in the individual openings or channels 12 , 18 , 20 and 22 . Through these openings or channels air, which is occupied with Verun cleaning or thread components, sucked into the interior I of the housing 1 . The suction ge happens through a cross-flow fan 23 , which is located in a suction funnel 24 . This suction funnel 24 is located between two guide plate banks 21 , a corresponding funnel-shaped suction opening 25 being covered by a filter cloth 26 .
Above the filter cloth 26, a cleaning device 27 is arranged for the filter cloth 26th This cleaning device 27 is described in more detail in FIGS. 2 and 3. A longitudinal channel 31 is encompassed by a band 32 of upper run 33 and lower run 34 . This belt 32 is guided on both sides of the longitudinal channel 31 over rollers, the left-hand roller being designed as a drive roller 35 and the right-hand roller as a deflection roller 36 . According to FIG. 3, the drive roller 35 is assigned a drive gear motor 37 .
The lower strand 34 lies over the filter cloth 26 . Dargstellt broken is the cross-flow housing with the corresponding Leitblechbänken 21st
Both the upper run 33 and the lower run 34 have a band opening 38 and 39 which are offset from one another by approximately exactly half the band length of the band 32 . This means that only one band opening 38 or 39 passes over the filter cloth 26 .
Transversely to the direction of movement of the belt 32 , the belt openings 38 and 39 are limited on both sides by steering flaps 40 . These steering flaps 40 sweep over the filter cloth 26 and concentrate a suction flow, not shown, into the longitudinal channel 31 . Arrows 41 also indicate that the belt 32 can be tightened by adjusting the drive roller 35 .
The suction flow through the band openings 38 and 39 is generated by a blower (not shown in more detail), the suction air being guided in the direction of the arrows 42 .
Before the end of the longitudinal channel 31 , ie shortly before the deflection roller 36 , the suction flow exits from the longitudinal channel 31 and is guided to a drum or flat filter 45 via double-sided downpipes 43 .
Die Wirkungsweise der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die
folgende:
Das Filtertuch 26 beschlägt sich bei bereits wenigen
Arbeitszyklen der Ringspinnmaschine mit Abgang (Flug).
Hierdurch wird die Wirkung des Querstromgebläses 23
wesentlich vermindert. Da das Band 32 jedoch konti
nuierlich läuft und somit Bandöffnungen 38 bzw. 39 über
dem Filtertuch 26 hinwegstreichen, wird dieser Abgang
ständig vom Filtertuch 26 entnommen und über den
Längskanal 31, die Hosenrohre 43 und 44 dem Trommel
filter 45 zugeleitet.
The operation of the present invention is as follows:
The filter cloth 26 fogs up during a few working cycles of the ring spinning machine with an outlet (flight). As a result, the effect of the cross-flow fan 23 is significantly reduced. However, since the tape 32 runs continuously and thus tape openings 38 and 39 sweep across the filter cloth 26 , this outlet is constantly removed from the filter cloth 26 and fed through the longitudinal channel 31 , the downpipes 43 and 44 to the drum filter 45 . To accomplish this decrease to be granted, it is necessary, the longitudinal channel 31 on its side facing the filter cloth 26 facing bottom 46 openings, preferably a longitudinal slot to mold, which ensures the passage through the belt holes 38 and 39 in the interior of the longitudinal channel 31 into it.
The negative pressure in the longitudinal channel 31 due to the suction flow is relatively strong, so that this negative pressure has a large effect in the spindle, ring and balloon area. In some cases, flight will not be deposited on the filter cloth 26 at all, but will be transported away through the longitudinal channel 31 , captured by the suction flow, with a reversal of the suction flow of the blower 23 taking place. The negative pressure generated by the cross-flow fan is approximately 8-10 mm water column (water column), while the negative pressure in the longitudinal duct is approximately 100 mm water column. Only by such a difference is it also possible that the outlet from the filter cloth 26 is sucked off, that is to say that the suction flow 42 exceeds the suction flow generated by the cross-flow fan 23 and the outlet then follows this suction flow 42 , the flow direction of the air through the Filter cloth 26 is reversed in the presence of a band opening 38 or 39 , that is, instead of from top to bottom, as shown in Fig. 1, from bottom to top.
The drum filter 45 is cleaned from time to time in a conventional manner.
