Die Öffnung des Ventils 13 erfolgt also erst nach einer durch das Zeitglied vorgebbaren Zeitspanne. Das Zeitglied kann einstellbar sein, so daß die Verzögerungszeit je nach den Bedürf­ nissen geändert werden kann. Nach der Öffnung des Ventils 13 strömt Wasser über die Zuleitung 6 in den Ringraum 5 und von dort durch die Düsen 17 auf die Bürstenfasern 15. Das Ventil 13 sitzt vorzugsweise auf dem Flansch 10, mit dem gleichzeitig auch die ganze Vorrichtung an der Wand befestigt werden kann.
