Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bag made of a hose section provided with gussets manufactures and with a formed by molding and gluing ten square floor is provided.
The bags in question are called Klotzbodenbeu tel or block bottom bag called. Usually it will only at one end of the hose section the bottom ge forms while the other end closes after filling will. However, these bags are not only for ver packing of all kinds of materials used, but also as a dust collection bag for vacuum cleaners. In in this case they are made of an air-permeable fil ter paper. To do this, a Paper web pulled a gusseted tube that in Hose sections is divided. In the course of a maschi nell manufacturing is the formation of the floor by ent speaking preparatory preparatory work. After that it will be ahead current end under formation to the so-called open Bo that raised. Glue is then applied to the open floor applied according to a pattern to the bottom closure flap to stick together.
It is with this proven design of the floor however, disadvantageous that leaky channels still develop hen. This is particularly disadvantageous if the in Fra bags as a dust collector for vacuum cleaning ger used or filled with dusty contents will. The leaky channels are due to the type of Ver gluing and on the different number of paper were in relation to a certain cross-section respectively. With a dust collection bag, the fer a sticky cardboard is glued to the bottom of the bag Determine the dust area of the vacuum cleaner. The difference The number of layers then has a particularly unfavorable effect.
The present invention is based on the object to design a bag of the generic type that the floor is absolutely dustproof and that the number of the superimposed layers of paper no longer so deviates from one another, as in the bags known to date. The invention is also based on the object, a Ver drive to the manufacture of the bag according to the invention develop which for a machine production with a high performance is suitable without extremely com complicated and difficult to carry out folding operations become agile.
The object related to the bag is achieved according to the invention through an insert sheet folded through the bottom shape solved, which extends over the width of the bottom de finishing bottom edges up to the bottom lock flaps extends and two of them extend through the width of the bag certain bottom edges from inside the bottom protruding adhesive tabs with the flap are glued between the adhesive tabs and the Bo the flaps and from which the gussets delimiting layers are formed in the course of soil formation.
When the bag is filled or inflated the insert sheet lying inside the bag on both sides of the bottom edges. The measure by which it is the floor covered inside surface depends on how far it is protrudes into the bottom flaps. The rest Part of the insert sheet extends over part height of all side walls of the bag. By the one The sheet is an angular cross section ger sealing ring formed. The height over which it is in the Side walls extending into it corresponds more appropriately the depth of the gussets. In connection with the Wrapping tabs and the adhesive tabs will be an absolute dense bottom formed. For this it is appropriate that the facing each other, parallel to those through the Width of the bag certain floor edges Butt the edges of the folding tabs together or in run a short distance from each other. This will an inner cover or sealing sheet is formed if one apart from the abutting edge or the short distance. In addition, with the filled or inflated Beu tel achieved that the number of superimposed Layers can be seen as the same. This fact is particularly advantageous if the bag as a dust collector bag is used. On the outer floor surface then a blank projecting over the bottom edges Cardboard glued to the bag in the dust room of the vacuum cleaner to determine. Due to the different La number of bags in the previously known bags then here also leaky channels through the fiction proper bag design should be avoided.
By gluing the bottom flaps with the weft lashing creates an additional bond that additionally seals the floor.
He will be given the task regarding the procedure solved according to the invention in that before the formation of the Gusseted hose on the web is essentially one A across the entire width of the web the sheet is glued on, which is on both sides of the preliminary break introduced later for the determination the bottom edge extends that the web before the sticker ben of the insert sheet with longitudinal incisions is going from the pre-break for the bottom edges up extend to the dividing line for the hose sections and form the boundary for the bottom closure flaps as well with the fold lines for the outer edges of the bag fall and that those formed by the longitudinal incisions Wrapping tabs as the hose is pulled open cutting outwards and those from parts of the insert sheet formed adhesive tabs folded inward who the.
The insert sheet that makes the floor tight can be done mechanically in ent Glue in a speaking position on the still open web. It is only to ensure that the parts after do not form the adhesive tabs when the floor is pulled open be glued to the web. These parts are between the incisions and extend over the pre-emergence out. Especially with the bags in question opening the hose end is problematic. The longitudinal incisions make this much easier increases. Another advantage is the fact that through the longitudinal incisions square bottom closure flap pen are formed that are not only advantages in terms of the appearance but also with regard to the tightness offer speed. By the method according to the invention Bottom sealed all around, because the side gussets too ordered floor edges by gluing the adhesive tabs are sealed with the drive-in tabs rend the other bottom edges by folding the Bo the flaps are sealed.
An essentially all-round glued floor is achieved if there is an adhesive after folding in the adhesive tabs strip is applied that after that the one flaps are folded inwards, whereupon folding the bottom flaps on this under Inclusion of the folding tabs in the projection square adhesive pattern on the edge areas of the ge opened bottom is applied. This fully taped The floor is absolutely dustproof. However, to prevent that through the gap between the free edges of the A impact flap adhesive penetrates, causing the Bag can no longer be opened, it is provided that the run across the free edges of the wrapping tabs de strips of the adhesive pattern of a bottom closure flap is interrupted in the middle area. This Un Breakage is insignificant for the tightness since normally overlap the bottom flaps. The Interruption is made at the bottom closure flap men, which is first folded over.
The paper web 10 shown in detail in FIG. 1 is continuously withdrawn from a roll, not shown, and is therefore to be regarded as an endless web. For reasons of illustration, FIG. 1 shows only a section from which the bottom is formed in a manner which will be explained in more detail below. The web is pulled in the direction of arrow A at a constant speed. Also for reasons of illustration, the dividing line 11 is shown between two sections for the production of one bag each in solid lines. After a gusseted tube 12 ( FIGS. 2 and 3) has been formed from the paper web 10 , it is divided into individual tube sections 13 along the dividing line 11 . In Fig. 1, the fold lines for the gussets are shown in thin full lines and identified by the reference numerals 14 to 16 . The middle fold line 15 is the inner edge of the gussets, so that the outer fold lines 14 and 16 form the longitudinal edges of the laterally formed gusseted tube 12 , as shown in FIG. 3. At a distance from the dividing line 11 , an insert sheet 17 which extends over the entire width is glued to the open paper web 10 . The transverse edge of the insert sheet 17 facing away from the dividing line 11 coincides in the exemplary embodiment shown with a pre-crimp attached to the gusseted tube 12 , which detects the bottom center line of the folded bottom bil. At a distance from the depth of the side gussets or from the middle fold line 15 to one of the outer fold lines 14 or 16 , a further pre-break 18 is introduced in the side gusseted tube 12 . For reasons of illustration, this break is already drawn in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 1. From the point of intersection of the edge of the insert sheet 17 facing away from the dividing line 11 with the middle folding lines 15 , two oblique grooves 19 extending at an angle of 45 ° to the folding line 15 up to the imaginary break 18 are introduced into the paper web 10 on each side. The paper web 10 is also provided with four longitudinal incisions 20 which extend from the dividing line 11 to 18 before break and coincide in this area with the outer fold lines 14 and 16 . For the sake of clarification, these incisions are represented by two solid lines which are at a short distance from one another. Fig. 1 clearly shows that the insert sheet 17, the cuts 20 partially covers. In a manner not shown, the parts of the insert sheet 17 lying between the incisions 20 are not glued to the paper web 10 in order to form adhesive tabs 21 ( FIG. 4).
FIG. 2 shows a hose section 13 of the Seitenfal hose 12 produced from FIG. 1 in a simplified manner. The protrusion 18 , the oblique grooves 19 and the invisible longitudinal incisions 20 are not shown. From Fig. 3 it can be seen that the upper wall of the gusseted tube 12 overlaps to form a longitudinal adhesive seam 22 .
Fig. 4 shows the open Bo formed by pulling the leading end of the hose section 13 . By between the longitudinal incisions 20 are the portions of the insert sheet 17 are adhesive tabs 21 forms ge been extending portion of the longitudinal edges of the hose 13 to the inside. The width of the adhesive tabs 21 corresponds to the distance of the preliminary opening 18 to the front edge of the insert sheet 17 , which is facing the dividing line 11 . By lying between the incisions th 20 parts of the paper web 10 , two flaps 23 have been formed, which protrude outward after the pulling up of the front end of the hose section 13 relative to the longitudinal edges of the hose section 13 . The bag width is identified by B in FIGS . 4 to 6. The depth of the longitudinal incisions 20 or the width of the wrapping tabs 23 corresponds to approximately half the bag width B in the exemplary embodiment shown. Each adhesive tab 21 is provided with an adhesive strip 25 which extends essentially over the entire length. Then the wrapping flaps 23 are folded along the pre-break 18 , which now coincides with the longitudinal bag edges, onto the adhesive flaps 21 and glued to one another. Fig. 5 shows that the paral lel to the longitudinal edges of the free edges of the wrapping tabs 23 are at a relatively short distance from each other. In practice, however, these two flaps 23 can be seen as an inner sealing sheet or cover sheet, whereby a bottom inner surface to be regarded as a smooth surface is formed. These free edges of the wrapping tabs 23 run parallel to the bottom edges defining the bag width, as a comparison of FIGS . 5 and 6 clearly shows. In the magnification of the bag width B fication Also the widths of the impact tabs 23 would increase accordingly. The bottom edges defining the bag width B are therefore to be assigned to the side folds or the longitudinal edges of the bag, since they coincide with the longitudinal bag edges when the bottom is put back on the upper wall of a bag which has not yet been filled. In Fig. 6, the floor width is marked with C. The bottom edges defining the bottom width are therefore perpendicular to the longitudinal edges of the bag and are determined by the break 18 . Fig. 6 also clearly shows that the bottom width C is twice the depth of each gusset.
The longitudinal incisions 20 also form square bottom flaps 25 and 26 . While the wrapping tabs 23 are to be assigned from the lines between the outer folding lines 14 and 16 for the side gussets, the bottom closure flaps 25 , 26 are to be assigned to the parts of the paper web 10 from which the front and rear walls of the finished bag are formed. After the wrapping tabs 23 are connected to the adhesive tabs 21 , a square adhesive pattern 27 is applied to the edge areas of the open bottom. The ses adhesive pattern extends over the Bodenver closing flaps 25 , 26 and over the folding tabs 23rd FIG. 5 shows that the adhesive strips of the adhesive 27 at the front in the direction of passage channels 25 te the bottom closing flap in the central region interrupted is pattern, so that flap after folding of the bottom closure 25 along the determined by the pre-fold 18 bottom edge of only one bond with the flap 23 . Otherwise it could still be glued to the insert sheet 17 so that the bottom could no longer be opened. After the bottom closure flap 25 lying at the front in the direction of passage is folded over, the other bottom closure flap 26 is also folded over along the bottom edge determined by the protrusion 18 to close the bottom. From FIGS. 4 and 5 clearly recognizable bar, that the bottom of the bag according to the invention does not lead to a leak channels, in particular by the all-round gluing taking place of the open bottom as well as the bonding of the wrapping flaps 21.
The bag according to the invention is particularly useful as a dust container for a vacuum cleaner. The bottom of the bag is then provided with an opening. In addition, a cardboard holding plate with an opening is glued onto the outside of the finished floor. Through the opening in the bottom, the tightness is not impaired, since it is usually in the middle. To simplify the illustration, this version is not shown. It should also be mentioned that folding the bottom flaps 25 , 26 also folds the parts of the insert sheet 17 projecting into the bottom flaps. In the corners there are triangles on top of each other.
The square bottom flaps 25 , 26 make it possible to dispense with a bottom cover sheet glued onto the outer surface of the bottom in the previously known bags. In addition, it is advantageous that the floor surface of the invention can be printed in one operation by the floor design according to the invention. In a manner not shown, the insert sheet 17 may consist of at least two sheets of individual sheets which are spaced apart. The areas not covered by the individual sheets are then expediently in the central region of the broad sides of the bag or in the central region of the upper and lower walls of the gusseted tube 12 . Material is saved through several single sheets.
