In dem auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellten Dampfwasser-Ableiter ist an Stelle des bekannten offenen Schwimmtopfes ein mit Gummiliderung versehener Scheibenkolben K angeordnet.In the steam water trap shown in the accompanying drawing, a disc piston K with a rubber lining is arranged in place of the known open floating pot.
Bei der Inbetriebsetzung des Apparates gelangt das bei E eintretende Dampfwasser zunächst in die an das Hauptgefäfs G angegossene Rinne T. In diesem Zustande überwindet die im Rohrkanal R befindliche Wassersäule das dieser Wassersäule angepafste Gewicht des Scheibenkolbens K und treibt diesen nach oben, wodurch das Ventil ρ das Ausgangsrohr d abschliefst.
