Bei Seifenpressen sind Vorrichtungen zum Auswerfen geprägter Seifenstücke aus der Prägeform bekannt, bei welchen eine Auswerfschiene zur Anwendung kommt, die nicht nur eine Vorwärtsbewegung ausführt, sondern die auch durch einen besonderen Hebel so weit angehoben wird, daß das nächst zu prägende Seifenstück ungehindert unter ihr in die Prägeform vorgeschoben werden kann. Infolge der verschiedenen Formen und Stärken der zu prägenden Seifen sind derartige Aushebe- und Abwerf vorrichtungen jedoch in ihrer Tätigkeit nicht einwandfrei und betriebssicher, da die einzuleitenden Bewegungen derselben teils mit kräftigem Stoß und einseitiger Wirkung gegen das fertig geprägte Seifenstück erfolgen und eine Beschädigung desselben verursachen. Soll das nachfolgende, ungeprägte Stück die Arbeit des Aushebens leisten, so kommt es vor, daß dasselbe bei einem zu fest in der Form haftenden Stück infolge seiner weichen Beschaffenheit durch den Zubringer zusammengedrückt wird und dadurch Störungen in der Tätigkeit der Presse eintreten. Nach der Neuerung wird dieser Mangel dadurch beseitigt, daß die Auswerferschiene bis zur vollendeten Prägung in Ruhestellung dicht vor dem Prägestempel verbleibt, worauf sie mittels einstellbarer Hebel derartig betätigt wird, daß das geprägte Seifenstück durch die sich aus der Bewegung der Hebel ergebende Resultierende mit gleichmäßig zunehmendem Druck abgehoben wird, worauf die Auswerferschiene eine weitere Aufwärtsbewegung erhält, um dem nachfolgenden, zu prägenden Seif enstück Durchlaß zu gewähren.In soap presses are devices for ejecting embossed bars of soap from the Known embossing form in which an ejector rail is used, not only executes a forward movement, but also through a special lever so far is raised that the next bar of soap to be embossed unhindered under her in the Embossing form can be advanced.
