Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit emaillierten Zahlen versehene Vorrichtung, die gut sichtbar und plombiert an Fahrrädern u. dgl. angebracht, ohne Verletzung der Plombierung nicht abnehmbar ist und auch die Wegnahme und Umstellung der Zahlen nicht vorgenommen werden kann.
