Description

Ascheschaufel. Der Erfindungsgegenstand dient dazu, beim Schüren und Reinigen des Herd- und Ofenfeuers das Herausfallen von glühenden Kohlen auf den Fußboden zu verhindern und die aus lern Feuerloch entfernte Asche sowie Steine und Schlacken in den Aschenfall zu leiten. Die Ascheschaufel ist auf der Zeichnung dargestellt; es zeigt Abb. i die Vorderansicht, Abb. 2 den senkrechten Längsschnitt nach .=1-B (ler Abb. i und Abb. 3 die Seitenansicht.Ash shovel. Der Kasten d wird nach erfolgter Öffnung der Ofentür -lurch Anfassen an die Handhabe a in die Füllöffnung des Ofens eingesetzt und durch die beiden Klauen b gehalten. Der Aschenfall g ist mit dem Kasten d fest verbunden und reicht bis in die Zugklappe h. des Ofens. Am Boden ,les Kastens d ist an zwei Scharnieren die Fallklappe f angelenkt, welche durch den Stift e fest und abschließend gegen den Boden des Kastens d gedrückt wird. Soll nun etwa die angesammelte Asche sowie Schlacke oder Steine in den Aschenkasten befördert werden, .so wird nach dem Herausziehen dieser Teile aus .dem Feuerloch in den Basten d der Stift e herausgezogen; die Fallklappe f öffnet sich dann von selbst und läßt lie Asche usw. infolge der schrägen Bodenfläche des Aschenfalles g durch die Öffnung c in das Ascheloch des Herdes oder Ofens gleiten.
