Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vacuum cleaning device according to the upper Concept of claim 1.
Known suction cleaning devices of this type are used for vacuuming of dirt in dry and wet form. These devices exist from the dirt receptacle that absorbs the absorbed dirt container which is hermetically sealed by the lid and contains the motor-driven suction fan, the Suction fan by both an electric motor and one Internal combustion engine is drivable. The preferably by one Suction hose formed suction line is over the connection detachably attached to the dirt receptacle. Outdoors The end of the suction hose is the suction designed as a suction nozzle arranged cleaning tool with which the dirt through the suction air flow is absorbed and in the dirt receptacle container is promoted. There the dirt is through a filter excreted and retained in the dirt container.
The dirt gets out of the dirt container into a garbage barrel or the like tipped. Especially dry dust is also in a bag, preferably in a disposable air bag permeable material, such as paper, collected and with this thrown away. When so-called "problem dirt" is sucked up, such as health-endangering and harmful dusts, e.g. Asbestos dust, silicosis-causing dust etc. is the Disposal of these known suction cleaning devices extremely problematic.
In addition to the use of highly separating filters for harmless removal of health-endangering dust also a dust-free emptying and transfer of the Dusty demands. To comply with these disposal conditions To be able to put dangerous dusts in impermeable bags decanted and removed with these or already with the dangerous dust filled filter bags in impermeable Bags packed and passed on for waste disposal. There However, it often happens that these bags or others the Containers containing dust are damaged, resulting in a Environmental hazard.
The invention has for its object a suction cleaning device of this type so that it is safe and efficient economical disposal of environmentally hazardous dirt is.
This task is in a suction cleaning device of the genus Forming type according to the invention with the characteristic features of claim 1 solved.
As a result of the training according to the invention, the suction line the discharge device with which the dirt from the dirt container into the disposal container can be transported without taking up the dirt container needs to be opened. Preferably, the Discharge device a rotating spiral as a conveyor device with which the dirt, especially dust, from the Transport the dirt container into the disposal container is tiert. The one with the suction air flow in the dirt intake container-flowing dirt is discharged through the filter, while the cleaned suction air flow flows out of the device. The Dirt settles on the filter surface and then sinks onto the bottom of the container. For emptying the dirt or Dust is the discharge device according to the invention in Operation set, whereby the dirt in the disposal container nis is transported. The container can then be cleaned be removed and discarded, the off Carrying device is preferably closed. In this way is perfectly avoided that when opening the device and Empty the dirt container into the dirt or dust Ambient air arrives. This makes even health Dangerous dirt reliably prevents environmental pollution.
Further features of the invention result from the others Claims, the following description and the drawings.
Es zeigt:The invention is described below with reference to two in the drawings illustrated embodiments described in more detail. It shows:
Fig. 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Saugreinigungsgerät mit einer Austragseinrichtung im Vertikalschnitt, Fig. 1 shows a vacuum cleaning device according to the invention with a discharge device, in vertical section,
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht gemäß Pfeil X in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 is a view according to arrow X in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment of a vacuum cleaning device according to the invention in a representation accordingly to FIG. 1.
The suction cleaning device 1 according to FIGS . 1 and 2 has a dirt or dust holding container 2 , which can be closed with a lid 3 . A suction fan 4 is accommodated in the cover 3 . The lid 3 is fastened with easily detachable connections 5 with the interposition of a seal 6 on the container edge 7 Be. A filter 10 , for example in the form of a filter cartridge, is attached to the cover 3 . The air flowing into the apparatus 1 or dirt-. Dust-containing suction air stream flows via a suction tool (not shown) and a suction hose 11 having the suction tool through an intake port 12 of the dust-receiving container 2 , the flow speed decreasing. As a result, part of the dust contained in the suction air stream is dropped out. The dust still contained in the suction air flow is retained by the filter 10 . After a dust layer has formed on the surface of the filter 10 , it falls off the filter when the suction fan is switched off. To support filter cleaning, a stripping device (not shown) known per se, such as a ring brush or the like, can also be used. In the container 2 , a discharge device 14 is placed in the region of a base part 13 . It has a conveyor device rotatably mounted about its longitudinal axis. This is preferably designed as a helix 18 with helical windings 19 , which is surrounded in the lower region of the container 2 by an approximately trough-shaped housing part 32 of a housing 15 . The housing part 32 extends essentially over approximately one third of the circumference of the helix 18 . The one, in FIG. 1, left end 20 of the helix 18 is detachably and non-positively connected to a drive 21 via a plug coupling 24 . Via the plug-in coupling 24 , the helix 18 can be dismantled quickly and easily in order to remove foreign bodies which may be jammed in the area of the helix. The drive 21 consists of an electric motor 25 and a gear 26 . Instead of the electric motor and the gearbox, a hand crank drive can also be used. The other end 27 of the helix 18 is rotatably mounted in an end section 29 of a housing 15 , which is designed as a pipe socket and projects beyond the housing wall 28 of the container 2 . Within the container 2 , the housing part 32 surrounds the coil 18 only in its lower region and extends from one end 20 to more than half the length of the coil. The trough-shaped housing part 32 merges into the pipe socket-shaped end section 29 . The housing 15 has stood from the helix 18 on the circumferential side and goes into axially opposite walls 33 and 34 and into lateral walls 35 and 36 of the container 2 . The walls 33 to 36 adjoin the container inner surface 38 and diverge upwards from the helix 18 . The walls 33 to 36 delimit a funnel 41 within the container 2 . As shown in FIG. 2, the walls 35 and 36 are approximately the same and extend from the trough-shaped housing part 32 at the same acute angle to approximately the level of the underside of the filter 10 . The funnel wall 33 extends approximately from the suction opening 12 of the container 2 up to the level of the electric motor arranged above the plug coupling 24 . The other wall 34 is substantially shorter than the wall 33 and the walls 35 and 36 and extends from the top of the helix 18 only up to approximately half the height of the container 2 . The walls 33 to 36 are connected to one another and to the inner surface 38 of the container in an airtight and dust-tight manner and, as mentioned, form the funnel 41 , which has an opening 40 at its narrowest point, directly above the helix 18 . The opening 40 he stretches from the inner wall 22 of the container 2 surrounding the plug-in coupling 24 to more than half the length of the helix, that is to the lower edge 23 of the wall 34 . The funnel walls 33 to 36 serve as guide surfaces for the dirt and dust falling off the filter 10 , so that it is supplied in a short time and in the shortest possible way via the mouth opening 40 of the funnel 41 to the helix 18 . The end portion 29 of the housing 32 has an opening 42 lying outside the container 2 , in which the coil 18 is rotatably mounted with a stub shaft 39 . The mouth opening 42 is fluidly connected to the funnel 41 . May be with or a disposal container 44 on the end portion 29 is a bracket 43, for example a roll of rubber or a tightly coiled coil spring arranged airtight and dustproof to the end portion 29 is fixed. The disposal container is formed in a geous manner as a flexible bag, at the filling opening a closure is firmly connected to the bag, which ensures a dust-tight closure of the filled disposal container.
At the end section 29 in the region of its mouth 42 at least one as a knife blade 42 Schneidvor direction is arranged with which, for example, long hair and threads can be cut. The angle of inclination of the helical helical windings 19 decreases in the direction of the helical end 27 , as a result of which the dirt transported by the helix 18 is compressed.
The suction air flow flowing into the container 2 through the suction tool and the suction hose 11 is cleaned by the filter 10 . The filtered dust then falls down into the funnel 41 and slides down along the funnel surfaces 33 to 36 into the area of the helix 18 and into its housing 15 . To empty the dust collected there, the disposal container 44 is placed over the end section 29 and its mouth opening 42 and fastened with the holder 43 . The discharge device 14 is now started via the electric motor 25 and the gear 26 . The rotating helix 18 then moves the dust surrounding it through the helical turns 19 in the direction of the mouth opening 42 and empties it into the disposal container 44 . After the dust has been transported from the container into the disposal container 44 , it is sealed airtight and dustproof with the closure attached to it, removed from the end section 29 and then transported away for disposal. During the operation of the discharge device and when the disposal container is removed from the end section 29 , the suction fan is in operation in order to prevent the slightest leakage of dust and to immediately suck this dust back into the container. For this purpose, the outer peripheral surface of the end portion 29 is seen with axial corrugations (not shown), which form small suction air channels through which the dust can be easily sucked in again. A simultaneously with the discharge device 14 put into operation (not shown Darge) vibrating device causes that lying on the trich teriform surfaces 33 to 36 dust falls down on the coil 18 .
While working with the suction cleaning device 1 , the mouth opening 42 of the end section 29 is preferably closed with a closure cap 49 . The disposal container 44 is only connected to the container 2 for emptying it in order to avoid damage to the disposal container 44 during the cleaning process. The drive 21 for the helix 18 can be provided inside or outside of the loading container 2 . To protect the drive 21 , a safety coupling is installed between it and the helix 18 , which prevents damage to the drive in the event of an overload or when the helix 18 is blocked. In order to start the blocked helix 18 again, the direction of rotation of the drive can be changed so that jammed solid bodies are easily released. This reversal can be triggered both manually and by a safety device.
It is also possible to use a solid screw conveyor instead of the helical coil 18 . Instead of an unyielding spiral or screw conveyor, a spiral brush can also be used.
In the suction cleaning device according to FIG. 3, a reciprocating reciprocating piston 50 with the drive 51 is used instead of a helix. The reciprocating piston 50 is guided in a sleeve-shaped housing 52 which projects outwards beyond the container 2 . The housing 52 is connected to the walls 33 to 36 of the hopper 41 corresponding hopper walls 33 a, 34 a and one of the estuarine opening 40 corresponding opening 53, through which enters the dirt or dust in the housing 52nd There, the dust is transported through the reciprocating piston 50 to the outside in a disposal container 44 a .
