Abstract

The invention relates to a pasta-extruding machine having a worm which is arranged on a machine frame with a foot and is rotatably mounted in a casing part which has the shape of a hollow cylinder, in the case of which the outlet aperture of the casing part can be sealed off by means of replaceable shaping discs.
