Description
The invention relates to a concrete spraying method and an application the same and a dry mix for carrying out and using the Procedure.
So far, it has been known with concrete spraying methods, only either to be sprayed dry when conveying thin electricity or with Spraying the dense phase wet. So the differences are general between wet and dry spraying disclosed (Beton 1973, No. 10, pages 441-445). On the other hand, the type of spray in thin or dense current is nothing said in this passage. Both known per se Procedures have advantages and disadvantages.
So is a method for applying concrete or mortar Dry spraying and thin-stream conveying, if necessary with Plastic additive, known per se (DE-PS 32 20 880). Doing so Dry mix conveyed via transport lines to the spray nozzle and there water, possibly also plastic and hardening accelerator added and compressed air used for application.
The disadvantage of this known method is that it fluctuates greatly Mortar or concrete quality due to inaccurate water and misting niger dosage. It is also a pumpable mortar for the production of a Estriches discloses (CH-PS 4 97 625). Such a mortar is always in Dense current transported.
It is also a generic concrete processing method in the Wet spraying process with dense phase conveying known (e.g. brochure Putzmeister), that is, the dry mix with the required Amount of water turned on and - wet - via the transport line to the Spray nozzle promoted. There is then the addition of compressed air The thick stream is divided and the concrete is applied using compressed air.
In this generic method always more than that of concrete or mortar to be applied. Furthermore the transport lines for the dense phase after use or can be emptied during a long standstill, which is not time-consuming, but is also complex and only profitable on larger construction sites, so this known methods for small quantities of concrete to be used is uneconomical.
The invention lies in combining the advantages of wet and Dry spraying, avoiding the disadvantages of the task based on a suitable for smaller amounts of concrete or mortar Spraying process with precise water dosing to achieve hardened concrete or solid mortar with only slightly fluctuating properties in total high strength and without complex emptying of the hose lines and an application of the method and a dry mix for To provide implementation of the procedure.
This object is achieved in a generic method according to the Preamble of the main claim according to the invention by its characteristic features and an application of the method and a Dry mix to solve the process solved.
In principle, wet spraying using the thin-current method has already been carried out been. In practice, however, it has been shown that when using Dry mix, e.g. B. bagged goods or silo goods with or without one Addition from a two-component reaction resin relatively quickly for clogging and thus clogging of the transport line leads with all known disadvantages. Surprisingly found that in the wet spray process and thin current then under the Combining the advantages of drying and wet spraying can be avoided while avoiding the respective disadvantages, if for the addition of the dry mix a certain proportion below a small grain is observed. In particular, even small ones Spray quantities of concrete, so that the inventive method Particularly well suited for repairs and with the most precise dosage of water and plastic content. It is also a consequence of the thin-current process does not require the transport lines to be closed to empty the spray nozzle, because with a lot of compressed air it is smaller Portions can be moved through, namely at the drop point accelerated by the compressed air and then at high speed up to the spray nozzle and for application out of it. In the event of brief interruptions, it is sufficient to supply the material interrupt. Then the transport line is in the shortest possible time Spray nozzle emptied by the compressed air.
Appropriate refinements and developments of the invention are characterized in the subsidiary and subclaims.
