Description
- Okklusivpessar. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Okklusivpessar mit Randwulst und konischem oder zylindrischem Einsatz und besteht darin, daß innerhalb des Pessars fest mit dem Pessarboden ein stutzenartiger Einsatz verbunden. ist, der die Portio umfassen soll.
- Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise in zwei Ausführungsformen veranschaulicht. Gemäß den Abb. z und z ist die Schale a, deren Rand b dem Scheidengewölbe anliegen soll, innen mit dem zylindrischen Stutzen c ausgerüstet.
- Für Fälle, in denen gleichzeitig eine Retroflexio durch Pessar behandelt wird, ist die Schale a in bekannter Art gebogen (Abb. 3) und trägt auf der dem Uterus zugekehrten Seite den zylindrischen bzw. konischen Einsatz c. Das Pessar ist besonders auch als Träger für medikamentöse Stäbchen geeignet, um deren Herausgleiten aus der Cervix bei Behandlung von Cervixkatarrhen zu verhüten.
- Das Pessar kann aus den verschiedensten Stoffen, wie Zelluloid, Hartglas, Porzellan, Hart- oder Weichgummi und Metallen hergestellt werden.
Claims (1)
- PATENT-ANsPRUcH: Okklusivpessar mit Randwulst und konischem oder zylindrischem Einsatz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Pessars fest mit dem Pessarboden ein stutzenartiger Einsatz verbunden ist, der die Portio umfassen soll.
