Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ventilation device for driver cabins of self-propelled agricultural, construction and son current work machines, the driver's cab from one Lower part and consists of a roof part, which together are releasably connected and in which the ventilation device from an air filter device, from one or more Fan blowers and optionally from a heating and / or a cooling device, which has air ducts with communicate with each other.
Ventilation systems for driver cabs are already in different designs and arrangements in the roof area known.
For example, in the DD-PS 68 094 there is a driver's cabin described for agricultural machines that are detachable from one on the connected lower and upper part. The bottom part is with safety glass panes and a lockable Provide entry opening. There is ventilation in the upper part System arranged with an air filter device. The one Air filter attached to three sides of the top is one common housing downstream, in which a fan blower and optionally a heat exchanger and a cooling device is arranged. To reduce the overall height and to compliance with the permissible loading dimension is one when shipping by train Agricultural machine equipped with such a cab the upper part is disassembled from the lower part and is self-supporting load and transported unit. Because in the top however, the complete mass-consuming assemblies for Be ventilation, heating and cooling are arranged, this shows Unit has a significant mass, causing the demon day and transport work are difficult. In addition, must sen in this version when removing the upper part also the connections of the electrical supply cables between lower and upper part can be loosened.
nenbereich angeordnete, vertikal verlaufende Verteilervor
richtung mit Austrittsöffnungen im Innenraum der Kabine
verteilt.
The same disadvantages also occur in the driver's cab for combine harvesters known from DE-GM 69 04 441, in which the cabin roof is designed as an assembly unit and is double-walled. The cavity delimited by the two walls serves on the one hand to supply air and on the other to hold various units such as intake filters, Ge blowers, outflow nozzles and the cooling and heating device. Furthermore, an air supply device for the driver's cabin of an agricultural vehicle is known (EP-A 11 25 567), in which fresh air is sucked in richly via a vertically extending line from the lateral roof area with a fan arranged below the driver's seat. The blower is followed by an air conditioning device which consists of a cooling and heating device and which is also arranged in the lower rear wall area of the driver's cabin. With another fan, the conditioned air is distributed via a vertically extending distributor device with outlet openings in the interior of the cabin, arranged in the side cabin area. The fresh air drawn in is passed through a pre-cleaner and an air filter assigned to the housing of the air conditioning device. Downstream of the first blower is the precleaner, which is provided with at least two outlets, one outlet leading air with dirt particles to the outside and the other outlet leading air through the first air filter into the housing. The air is returned from the driver's cabin to the housing via an air filter in a mixing chamber which is arranged downstream of the fresh air filter. With this ventilation device, the heavy assemblies are arranged in the lower rear wall area of the driver's cab, but an air duct is required to convey the intake air from the roof to the intake fan on the floor. Due to the small cross-section and the high air speed, strong noises occur in the air duct, which increase the noise level in the driver's cabin. At the same time, the air emerging from the housing of the air-conditioning device must be guided back into the upper cabin areas by means of a second fan in a vertically arranged distributor device. Here, too, in addition to additional expenses, disturbing flow noises and unfavorable air distribution within the cabin space arise. Due to the lateral air outlet, the large windscreen receives only a small amount of air, so that the interior is heated up particularly in intense sunlight. As a result of the arrangement of the blowers and air conditioning units in the area to the side and below the driver's seat, the free space available for operating levers and their transmission linkage is restricted. For this reason, such a ventilation device is usable for combine harvesters in which, in addition to the driver's seat, several hand levers for actuating clutches and actuators are only usable with significant restrictions.
The aim of the invention is a universal one settable as well as functional and economical ventilation to create direction.
The invention has for its object the ventilation training and arranging so that a one multiple disassembly of the roof part and an advantage Adherent air flow in the driver's cabin is achieved. According to the invention this is achieved in that in the roof part the driver's cab is only functional for ventilation required air intake area and the air filter device tion with the associated, to a common front Mixing chamber leading air duct and in the upper front Installation area for the lower part of the driver's cabin Recording the ventilation units is arranged. To far Ren features of the invention are the fan in the installation space blower and optionally also a heating and / or a cooling device arranged. The mixing chamber is upper arranged half of the installation space and extends over the entire width of the roof part. The air filter device with the air intake surface is in the rear area of the roof partly attached. The air ducts are on the side of the roof partially arranged and extend from the air filter direction to the mixing chamber. The driver's interior Cabin facing surfaces of the roof skin and the air duct channels are provided with an insulation layer. In the roof part in the area between the front mixing chamber, the side running air duct and the air filter device one that extends to the insulation layer of the roof skin Free space available.
The ventilation device according to the invention only requires a low manufacturing cost and is for various such driver's cab can be used universally. At the train Shipping is a to reduce the height of the loading dimension Easy disassembly of the roof part possible. Since the heavy components of the ventilation units in the lower part are arranged and remain there permanently, result none when disassembling and transporting the roof part Complications. The cables for the electrical out Armament and air conditioning are used when the Roof part not released and remain in permanent connection with the lower part. The one available to the driver Standing space is ventilated in its height direction not restricted. All components of the Be Ventilation devices are designed and arranged so that the structure available inside the driver's cabin space is not affected. The management and distribution the air is low in noise and green for the driver other areas.
