Der Wrasenabzug (3) ist zweckmäßig in einen Hauptkanalabzug (4) und in einen Nebenkanalabzug (5) aufgeteilt, wobei letzterer parallel zum Hauptkanalabzug (4) geschaltet ist. Im Nebenkanalabzug (5) ist ein katalytischer Nachverbrenner (6) und im Hauptkanalabzug (4) ist eine steuerbare Klappe (7) oder dergl. angeordnet. Hinter dieser Klappe (7) ist der Nebenkanalabzug (5) wieder mit dem Hauptkanalabzug (4) zusammengeführt. Die Klappe (7) ist mechanisch über einen die Betriebsart für den Bratraum (1) einstellenden manuell betätigbaren Wählschalter (8) in der Schalterblende (9) betätigbar. Das Betätigen bzw. Umschalten der Klappe (7) könnte auch auf elektrischem Wege mittels eines Relais oder dergl. durchgeführt werden. Bei Normalbetrieb des Bratraumes (1) ist der Wraseneingang zum Nebenkanalabzug (5) und bei Selbstreinigungsbetrieb ist der Wraseneingang zum Hauptkanalabzug (4) durch die Klappe (7) verschlossen. Die während des pyrolitischen Selbstreinigungsbetriebes über den Nachverbrenner (6) geführten Pyrolysegase gelangen nach Passieren des katalytischen Nachverbrenners (6) wieder in den Hauptkanalabzug (4) zurück, um von dort direkt oder über eine Küchendunstabzugshaube in die Küchenatmosphäre oder ins Freie, abgeführt zu werden.The drawing shows a schematic representation of a baking and the Bratraum (1) surrounding the oven muffle (2) for a cooker, the deck comprises a steam outlet side (3).
