In Fig. 1 ist mit 10 ein Kerzenstecker bezeichnet, der sich aus einem Steckerteil 12 und einem rechtwinkelig oder unter einem Winkel von 120° davon wegführenden Kabelanschlußteil 16 zusammensetzt. Das Stecker teil 12 besitzt in seinem unteren Ende eine Öffnung 14, in die beim Aufsetzen des Steckers 10 auf die Kerze das obere Ende der Kerze hin einragt und elektrisch angeschlossen wird. Das Steckerteil 12 ist zylindrisch ausgebildet. Das Kabelanschlußteil 16 nimmt an seinem dem Steckerteil 12 gegenüberliegenden Ende 18 das Zündkabel auf.
