Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Maßanfertigung eines Haarersatzteils nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a method for tailoring a Hair replacement part according to the preamble of claim 1.

Zur Anfertigung eines Haar ersatzteils dient eine aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff bestehen de, sich der Kopfform anpassende oder der Kopfform angepaß te Haube, die auf den Kopf des Kunden aufgesetzt wird, wonach auf der Haube die Kontur des gewünschten Haarersatzteils ange zeichnet wird, der als Abdruck bezeichnet wird. Dieser Abdruck wurde nach dem bisher gebräuchlichen Verfahren zur Maßanferti gung von Haarersatzteilen an ein Spezialunternehmen gesandt, das danach unter individuellem Zuschnitt des Tülls und des Skin den maßgeschneiderten Unterbau herstellt, der dann voll ständig mit obergeknüpftem Haar versehen wird. An der Stirn zone wird zusätzlich in einem besonderen Arbeitsgang Haar untergeknüpft, das den Rand des Unterbaues verdeckt und somit den gewünschten Naturhaareffekt verstärkt (US-PS 35 20 309 und 35 21 648). Hierdurch kann das Haar entgegengesetzt zur Schweißverbindung nach hinten gekämmt werden, ohne daß Gefahr besteht, daß sich die Schweiß verbindung löst. Soll hingegen das Haar in die Stirn fallen, genügt ein schmalerer Zugabestreifen von etwa 4-5 mm Breite.
