Abstract

The hand brush (10) has a grip part (15) constructed as a reservoir (16) for a cleaning liquid. The liquid outlet channel (14), constructed in the bristle bearer (12), can be closed by means of a spring-loaded closure member (20) which has a projection (21) projecting through the liquid outlet channel (14) and into the bristle region, which projection has a shorter length than the bristles (13) both in their position of rest and under their normal load of operating pressure. Only under greater pressure on the hand brush (10) does the projection (21) come into contact with the surface to be cleaned, which leads to the exposure of the liquid outlet channel (14) by raising the closure member (20, 20a). <IMAGE>
